Dang, this song is amazing. It just randomly popped up in my playlist. Really pulls me into remembering some great Cold War music like "Two Suns in the Sunset" or even "Forever Young".
Around, around, around we go Where we'll stop no-one knows All is dark what once was bright Sparkles in your eyes ignite Can you see them now Burning through the ground Turn us into fire Watch our flames get higher and higher and higher and higher Can you see the light Pouring out of your eyes Incinerating everything Can you see the...

Strangely enough i had never heard of Wax Fang until they had The Majestic in an episode of American Dad. It was so out there that i had to hear more. I downloaded a few of the Albums and La La Land is definitely my favorite. Moreover it's one of my all-time favorites. This is one of those handful of songs that no matter what mood I'm in, i feel like jumping up and down whenever i hear it, it just pulls me in. I'm a musician as well, and It's also proved to be an invaluable tool in my kit. Whenever i get to that point that musicians find themselves in from time to time when no matter what you play, it's uninspired and sounds like everything else. After 30 years (off and on), when I'm in that place it seems like everything I've learned is forgotten and all i can remember it's I-VI-V and/or I-V-vi-V progressions, and the first position pentatonic scale. Somehow though, after 1 listen everything comes back. Whenever i describe the song to someone who hasn't heard it yet, what comes to mind is that "what 'Space Oddity' from David Bowie it's the original, and "major Tom" from Peter Shilling is a sequel, this song kind of is a prequel to "Nothing but flowers" from The Talking Heads." "Can you see the light," is the event that ends everything as we know it, and "nothing but flowers," is the people left over telling stories of how it was BEFORE "can you see the light." They imagery lines up so well that i would find it difficult to believe that it wasn't an influence.

If you've done nothing wrong, then you have nothing to fear from the wax fang baby.

I want a band shirt that has this album picture on it. If they had them I would totally fucking buy one in a second.
Starting at 3:26 turn the volume up for hauntingly beautiful piano :)
the picture scares the shit out of me
This is so beautiful... Any chance you may do a concert in Spain?
me too, all thaks to AD!!
Found my new favourite band :D
WAX FANG'S SPACE-ROCK OPERA, THE ASTRONAUT, WILL BE RELEASED JANUARY 28, 2014. PRE-ORDER LIMITED EDITION VINYL, CD, & DIGITAL NOW @ goo.gl/JU7Bvq
They have great music for a montage
reminds me of Queen, Roger waters pink Floyd songs, and U2
Okay... so what the hell kind of time signature is this on the drums??
its such a strange rhythm.... its like it goes 1 . 2 - 123 - 1 . 2 - 123 - 1 2....
its 4/4, but it does sound like a swing beat
Who the fuck gave my boy 5 👎! I want names!
