Manual says: Front suspension upper track control arms - Bolt (to be replaced) - M12 (bodyshell side) 54 - 66nM + 45°
How did you manage to torque those Hex bolts with the spring and shock absorber in the middle?
you need to use torque wrench extender. If extender in 90 degree relative to torque wrench, no need to recalculate torque.

Yes of course, they can be changed separately.
