I had PCOS (keyword had) and I did the research and finally figured my body out myself. First PCOS isn’t a disease it’s called a syndrome because it’s basically a group of symptoms. In western medicine they put groups of symptoms together in which they have no real explanation for and call them X,Y,Z. Check your insulin levels, androgen levels, thyroid. Go to your pantry, fridge etc and throw out everything that is processed, loaded with sugar, gluten, food coloring etc…. You have to change your way of life if you really want to rid your body of this. Exercise (just body movement eg. walking, yoga, stretching), more water, no dairy, free range organic meat, no processed oils like canola, vegetable etc. Concentrate on the vitamins, omega 3s, magnesium, B6 your feeding your body.Really you have to be carefully paying attention to your nutritional intake. Stress free living is key. Keep checking your thyroid levels and insulin and androgen levels it will improve if you just do the research and work.PCOS isn’t a death sentence nor is incurable we can’t listen to all these doctors all the time.

Struggled with hormonal issues for all of my life and I exposed myself to stress at one point and lost half of my hair. It was and still is dry, tangling, breaking, thin, see through, won't hold styles and lack lustre. At a point I thought what was happening to my hair was something I was doing. I kept cutting and trimming but the problem just came back. I lost a patch of my hair in the centre of my head as well. I felt so frustrated with my hair and I was like this natural hair thing is so hard. But now I realise that my hair problem is a good thing because my body uses my hair as a physical signal or alarm bell to direct me to sit up and take better care of myself. I may never be able to overcome my hormonal issues because it may be hereditary. But now, I know that when my hair acts up I should rest, eat well and stop stressing.

I have pcos, everyone experiences different symptoms but one of the things i did to help with my hair loss was cold tea rinses, black, green or moringa teas! I hope this helps, stay postive you will overcome this!! Stay postive!

You can brew the teas that you drink and let the tea become cold and pour it on your hair before u condition your hair. The caffeine in the tea helps with hair shedding.

I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome about 15 years ago. I'm not sure of all the information that you have been given I'm not sure if you've been given treatment. And my diagnosis was done through laparoscopic surgery to verify a lot of people are being diagnosed through question-and-answer and some people may get an ultrasound. You will get through this. Thank you so much for putting a voice to this unlike anyone I've ever heard. You have given so many of us who have this diagnosis a voice in this video alone. You have portrayed the many emotions and fears and things that we went through some of us alone such as myself. I did get an IUD to help and the reality is there is no sure because no one understands why it happens. Some say the biggest culprit is food and things we put in our body. Know that you are not alone in your journey and you have support even when you are by yourself you're not alone in this.

I had an assistant supervisor who was diagnosed with PCOS and had one miscarriage. plus told she would not be able to have kids. One of her friends told try going vegan. some people try to discourage her in going vegan. But she tried it and never turn back. now she has two boys, got pregnant really quick. back to back. I am so happy for her. To this day she let everyone knows her story.

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16 and I will be 45 next month. I never experienced everything that the doctors told me jus a few and they never happened at the same time. Years ago a doctor told me that I should try eating organic and all natural and grass fed products and it made a 80% difference in my body and the few symptoms that I was have basically diminished. Also be cautious when buying beauty and body products also personal hygiene products. It will definitely make a huge difference.I also got pregnant naturally and had healthy kids. It seem to happen a few months after my diet change. Supplements are excellent as well.

This is amazing! I have a condition that just thins my hair sometimes. It sucks, I have pictures of my hair thicker so I know my hairs potential and how it can be. It makes it even harder sometimes 🙏🏽💜

This is awesome. Sorry for the diagnosis, but I'll keep watching. I was diagnosed with endometriosis. It's along the same lines and I think or well I hope that whatever you found can help me to. I've been through 2 surgeries and have been watching my hair come out in clumps. I've tried some of everything, but nothings working. So I can't wait for your next season. My notification bell is on. You got this. I have PCOS and trust me, I get it. My hair goes through it, I stay tired, anxiety and depression on deck, had horrible menstrual cycles, all of that. You are doing everything right. Heck, I even was able to have a baby(10 yrs ago lol), so keep doing what you're doing and you will be just fine🧡

You're not alone girl, don't stress yourself live your life and do what you have to do( educate yourself about PCOS, workout 3 times a week and eat well....) I was diagnosed since I was 11 years old, now I'm 33😉. Everything gonna be ok!

Pcos is extremely treatable. It’s been years, keto and all those diets didn’t impact my weight. For me the only way I lost a lot of weight and balanced my menstrual cycle etc was weight lifting. I turned my body around and amped up my metabolism. Your life span isn’t much more in trouble than to most… you are in a lot more control than you think. My hair is thick as hell and my weight, cholesterol and mood is great. My digestive issues, heart palpitations , anxiety and depression are connected and is very manageable to non existent at times. i continue to eat more raw produce, cooking my own food and just treating my body and soul better. I Fight stress and prioritize things i enjoy, that is good for me. This is for anyone and everything they could be going thru
I don’t have PCOS but I have lichen plano pilaris which has similar hair effects

Doctor told me that years ago but God is a healer! You learn to adjust your diet and lifestyle to work around it. It has its hinderance but lower your net carbs helps to regulate your periods. and i have a healthy beautiful baby girl after struggling with two previous miscarriages. Dont let pcos say the absolute medical professions still have so many unanswered questions about it.
