***** I hope that the new armor is more comfortable to cosplay, not that I wear or own the classic armor. I just heard that people find the older one difficult to wear around.
Leia's ceremonial dress was found: "torn, bloody, covered in lipstick, wine, and full of holes.." Dang Carrie Fisher! That must've been one heck of an afterparty when they got done filming!
That Leia dress is gorgeous. Also loving that TIE Pilot display. Prop Store does such a nice job with this stuff. I'd love to get my hands on that Rick Baker catalogue! That thing is beautiful.
Living up here in Canada I could never get the opportunity to see these props. What a fantastic job Tested have doen to bring to us. Now all you need do is convince the organizers to take the whole show on tour. I would love to be able to score a copy of that brochure and if I ever get to London I most certainly will eb going to teh Prop Store. Love Star Wars!
i think that we all love it when you release videos like this one because we are all able to relate to how good the starwars movies were and thanks for showing us some of the wonderful original props that have there.
My mum said one of my uncles apparently worked on the star wars set and he had salvaged one of those lit death star wall panels, and some fabric he always said was part of Leias dress!
Blown away by these collections, so gutted I cannot make it to the convention. Hyped for new film series and all thing Star Wars. Thanks Tested guys for the video.
He mentioned that the main dress is gone, but when I attended the Star Wars exhibit at Omsi in Portland, OR back in 2006, they had the original dress on display. I'm sure there were multiple ones made, but at least one is still around (at least 9 years ago it was).
Its amazing to me that no one thought to keep a hold of some of the props and keep them in good condition! Especially because the 4th film (A New Hope) did so well and was such am instant cultural icon.
What i like about the TIE is: You can wear it with your glasses beneat it. If you have glasses, and wanna be a storm trooper you have to take your glasses off to put the helmet on your head.
That tie fighter pilot suit is amazing! Surprised its in such good nick, some dedication has gone into restorting some of the stuff there.Outstanding work.
The prequel blaster looks like either a German or English made competition air target pistol that's been heavily modified. I've handled something very similar, the grip is designed to be held with your wrist in a more relaxed position than most military and police pistols such as a Glock 17
I love prop store, as both a collector of star wars toys and a tie pilot in the 501st its a huge passion of mine since seeing the first movie in 1977. My main focus is toys but I would love to get some scream used props as well.
Great show I would love to have seen this in person. Any chances of publishing a schedule of events like this? Some of my happiest memories are of going to see the Star Wars movies when they 1st came out.
This is awesome I wish that I could be there in person to view everything.... For now I am stuck down here in Middle Earth (New Zealand). Thanks for sharing this Tested!! :D
Great props. Only have 3 star wars props, piece of the Sarlacc pit from Return Of The Jedi, piece of wompa fur from Empire Strikes Back, the new edition to the collection is a piece from the 2nd Death Star from Return Of The Jedi.
I really wish I could have been at Star Wars Celebration this year, but I'm saving up to move in with my Fiancee'! Always loved Star Wars and Sci-fi in general!! I'd have loved to get some measurements of these props so I could make my own Screen Accurate costumes and props! Maybe another year.
A cataloge would be awesome! Pretty painful to hear about that dress being used as a party costume and getting messed up. But it looks absolutely amazing.
Semi hidden drug deal at 3:12 in the background....
Holy shit

YOUR SOOOOO RIGHT THAT LEA SMOKING SOME WEED
Necra Monium goo.gl/z7cY0b
There was Darth Vaders helmet there and they didn't even show it to us!...c'mon that's ridiculous that's probably the most expensive piece there.
I know right? What were they thinking?
TheTobleroneMan They don't want to show us everything in one video...probably in another video sometime :)
+TheTobleroneMan once i get enough monet im gonna buy is helmet and wear it and buy some otehr star wars stuff
TheTobleroneMan it was not even in the catalogue of 2015's auction... 😕
@@constantchialli9548 Perhaps it was just a replica? I believe that they do sell some replicas.
As much as I like he new storm trooper designs you still can't beat the original especially after seeing them up close
***** I like the old helmets better but I think the new armor looks fantastic.
Anacronian The new armor looked dumb to me at first, but it actually grows on you. I agree, it looks fantastic!
***** I hope that the new armor is more comfortable to cosplay, not that I wear or own the classic armor. I just heard that people find the older one difficult to wear around.
Steven Tan
Being able to sit in armor would be a game changer. I demand this feature.
***** do not underestimate the power of sitting down, it's for morale and....well everyone gets tired sometimes.
WHY DIDN'T WE GET TO SEE THE DARTH VADER MASK? IT WAS SITTING THERE IN THE BACKROUND AND YOU GUYS IGNORED IT?
*NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO*
Leia's ceremonial dress was found: "torn, bloody, covered in lipstick, wine, and full of holes.." Dang Carrie Fisher! That must've been one heck of an afterparty when they got done filming!
He’s talking about the person who got loaned it for a fancy dress party
I love that Tested shows these videos for people like myself who are unable to attend them. Thanks guys.
It astounds me the amount of artifacts and props that are mis-managed or just stored in a box in an attic.
Wow, they did an amazing job on that dress.
I love showing my 8yr old these videos, he gets a blast out of finding all the props in the movies.
0:19 "It's all Star Wars Stuff"... Showing digital representation of "The Enterprise" on the TV screen at the back.
I was two going on three years old when Star Wars came out. It is one of the earliest memories I have. I would love a catalog.
this episode is like a star wars antique roadshow.
That catalog is about as close as I will ever get to owning any of that stuff!
That Leia dress is gorgeous. Also loving that TIE Pilot display. Prop Store does such a nice job with this stuff.
I'd love to get my hands on that Rick Baker catalogue! That thing is beautiful.

I have always liked the imperial pilot gear, these helmets looks so badass.
My mum said one of my uncles apparently worked on the star wars set and he had salvaged one of those lit death star wall panels, and some fabric he always said was part of Leias dress!
Wow the restoration on that dress was just amazing. It would be really cool to find out just how they're able do something like that.
Wow! All of these recent videos have really taken me back...
Amazing costumes, love the detail on the TIE-fighter helmet, i would love to have a catalog!
Amazing that the dress was used in public! It looks fantastic!
I love how excited everyone gets when talking about and showing the items. But really can you blame them?
Probably the best interview by Norm yet.
Blown away by these collections, so gutted I cannot make it to the convention. Hyped for new film series and all thing Star Wars. Thanks Tested guys for the video.

the years that have been put on the armor pieces really make them amazing looking
AMAZING collection, now I want to make a Tie Fighter costume. I can't believe Rick Baker is auctioning off so many pieces.
Absolutely love the artifacts that are still left from the original films. Keep up the great work and videos!
Yes! I would love that catalog! It looks gorgeous, not to mention the plethora or different movie props! I mean, who doesn't love gremlins.
Those catalogs are awesome. Everything about Prop Store is awesome.
They did an awesome job restoring that dress!
That is amazing! The dress is really beautiful, I love that it was able to be restored.

12 minutes up and already in the 301+ club, wow this one got spotted quick!
Heck of a collection of props, Guys!
That tie fighter pilot suit is amazing! Surprised its in such good nick, some dedication has gone into restorting some of the stuff there.Outstanding work.
Super excited for episode 7 but without these epic pieces of history then star wars just wouldn't be the same today :)
The prequel blaster looks like either a German or English made competition air target pistol that's been heavily modified. I've handled something very similar, the grip is designed to be held with your wrist in a more relaxed position than most military and police pistols such as a Glock 17
I wish I could see more of that catalog....the photos in it look great.
I love prop store, as both a collector of star wars toys and a tie pilot in the 501st its a huge passion of mine since seeing the first movie in 1977. My main focus is toys but I would love to get some scream used props as well.
God damn those original props are beautiful.
Really awesome collection. Good to see it being preserved.
Rad! Love when people take the time to preserve stuff like this.
Great show I would love to have seen this in person. Any chances of publishing a schedule of events like this? Some of my happiest memories are of going to see the Star Wars movies when they 1st came out.

I'd like a catalog! I think the most interesting thing out of the Rick Baker stuff for me would be the Gremlins or maybe Hellboy or Men in Black.
I forgot to add love to have one of those catalogues thanks guys.
That Leia dress is stunning!! I wonder if they have any original Queen Amidala costumes, she's my favourite in terms of wardrobe :D

Really digging' the BTS interviews of the show, guys. One day Ill make it out there.

That catalog would be awesome to have!! References to make my own stuff!!
a crew member lent out the leia dress and it returned w/ mud, blood, and alcohol stains.what the actual fuck?must've been a helluva party!
Norm rocks! Great interview. Some amazing historical props there, and looks like some fantastic items in the catalogue.
Surprisingly, the only thing I bought at Celebration was the prop store catalogue... Well worth the 30 bucks!
Really love your starwars videos :D
I hope to finish my Galactic Marine helmet the next months :)
A lot of hard work to get all these pieces! At least he has remained as passionate as ever.
The blaster is amazing!
Tested I saw Hans Blue Empire Jacket. That is my favorite costume piece. I've always wanted one for myself!
Wow. Too cool. Amazing what people have floating around in storage and have no idea what it is.
