I got a Kitchen aid mixer for Christmas and I've been playing with it ever since. This will give me one more excuse to use it again. Berries are so good for you so I think it would be much better than other cakes. Do you like my reasoning?! ;-) I just totally skipped over all the custard and whipping cream and went right to the benefits of the berries. LOL

So when we went and discovered quite the opposite we learned a great lesson . We hope to move to Norway in the future to be with our kids and granddaughter.
