G 77+ China summit - spouses to visit Children Surgical Hospital in Entebbe

The Children Surgical Hospital in Entebbe is among the places lined up by government that will be visited by spouses of heads of state and delegates that will take part in G77+CHINA summit.
The Hospital was set-up to provide free pediatric surgical care in the country for children aged 28 days to 18 years old.
The Surgical hospital identified the need of more medical Specialists to deal with the increasing numbers of children who need surgical procedures.

Such a hospital but basic service i thought it provides super specialised Surgery services that aren't available in Uganda but as it is it only came to complement whatever is already available
