CRAZY PT Cruiser (Stall, No-Start, No Comm)

This 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser Turbo left the customer stranded and got towed to a local shop.
The shop found some wiring damage, replaced a crank sensor, and the car ran ok...until the customer came to pick it up. He didn't make it out of the parking lot before stalling out xD
Let's diagnose this weird start-stall issue and give the shop an estimate for repairs.
