On the question of lifts - my first thought was to angle them in to the center from the left like legit street cars has done so that you can easily work on multiple cars. Possibly even have a wildfire lift in there so that you can use it with the other bay, or not. Whatever you do though, enjoy the new space.

First off, congrats dude. Totally well deserved.
Id be getting AC in there ASAP. In that heat, I cant function in normal times, let alone wrenching. Also, totally aesthetic but a nice epoxy flooring will make that place POP.

AC sure is important but also general deadening helps with cooling in the summer and staying cozy enough in the winter times!

For real, insulation even held in with plastic film and AC would be the first move.
Great to see your new shop!! Enjoy setting something up that will be yours for some time. Get some good security cameras and system in place. Lovely to hear that your family is good and would love to see your beautiful spouse in another video. What a beast of a car that was that Freddy finally went up against!! It was almost a full on 'Funny Car', (what we call them in Australia). Only thing missing was a stupidly big blower coming out of the hood and the body hinging up!! My goodness, 15" Hoovie drag tyres!! He had no chance. When I saw Alexis hop out, full race suit, racing boots, helmet and then Freddy hopped out in his street clothes!! smile time.

Jared, definitely look into getting A/C in that shop to keep you comfortable while working in the shop! Also, I would look into one of those large (like 6ft-10ft) ceiling fans for the shop to help you out on those hot summer days.
Those fans look cool but the flexibility of floor fan is much better
“Big ass fans” ceiling fans circulate and move a ton of air.
