OMG YOU SHOULD TOTALLY WATCH HER SWEETENER WORLD TOUR MOVIE ITS CALLED “EXCUSE ME I LOVE YOU” AND YOU SHOULD REACT TO HER LIVE ALBUM ITS CALLED “K BYE FOR NOW” GIRL YOU ARE GONNA BE FED WITH THE VOCALS !!!! liiiike she sounds even better live, that doesn’t even make sense i literally love her, she is the vocalist of our generation (us arianators always play it when we are home alone and just scream our lungs out and pretend to be in our own world tour it’s so fun)
the manchester attack happened the 22 of may, so thats why "get well soon" has a 5:22 runtime, and the 40 secs outro was out of respect for the victims.
For “Get Well Soon” the length is 5:22 which is the date of the Manchester attack at her concert the extra 40 seconds at the end is a moment of silence to the 22 victims. Also, while she was talking to everyone throughout the song she was mostly talking to her fans that witnessed the attack. This entire album was basically how she wanted to feel/what she was going through which is why it was so positive when in reality her life wasn’t positive. That’s why the “sweetener” and “tun” album covers are upside down because she said she “felt like her life was upside down”. With tun she didn’t want to fake that positivity and instead wanted show how she really felt which is why there is a song called “fake smile” on that album because during sweetener she faked her smile and made people think she was okay mentally when she wasn’t at all.
I highly recommend watching some of her live performances. Her studio vocals are great, but her live vocals are even better. I went to the Sweetener tour and was blown away. She made all these songs sound even better.
1:00:20 -Shortly after Ariana and Pete got engaged, her ex boyfriend Mac Miller passed away. She was grieving very much and it was not possible for her and Pete to continue being together. That is why they broke up:( . Her song "ghostin" from thank u, next is about this.
thank you for your reaction 😭😭😭 this album was in a really crazy part in her life and i love how every album is so different and unique. eternal sunshine in two days, see you there 💋
Everytime is about Mac Miller and Better off is about him too, this album was when she was dating pete, but still mentally getting over breaking up with mac (before he passed away). Mac passed after this album came out after she did a few live performances of it. So mostly this album is about falling in love with pete but also missing mac (she left mac because he had a lot of issues and substance abuse that she couldn't help him fix, but wish she could of). also no tears was for the people that died at her concert at mancester during the bombing, kind of saying we are picking up and no more tears and making what we can of life.
@@jayco8977 not really, its more about always going back to someone everytime even though you know its not good for them or you. "you get high and call on the regualer" is about mac, and the drunk part is about her. she used to drink a lot and he used to always get high and use other drugs. and they weren't good for each other. BREATHIN is also the song about anxiety, I highly doubt she would write two songs about it.
nobody can escape the Ariana impact no matter when they started getting into her, she is just that good of an artist ALSO HOW DID YOU FIND OUT WHAT R.E.M STANDS FOR THAT QUICK WHAT you’re so smart and btw your analysis of every single song on every album are always on point omg

And I make it a habit to really focus on her words and try to put the pieces of her story together. I really appreciate you saying this though🥹 I think the analyses annoy some people😂❤️❤️
The man in the background in a lot of the songs (R.E.M and Sweetener for example) is Pharrell, you’re right! He produced a lot of songs on the album! 😁
ariana has never missed with her intros. sweetener is a very hit or miss album for me. i definitely enjoy the latter-half of the album more cuz i feel like there’s more heart in them. i find butera moonlight’s sweetener reloaded more up my alley. the restructuring + remixes just speak to my soul.
I used to think like that since I've always loved her intros for real, until shut up, the positions intro was released, the song is not that bad but her intros are way superior and sm better and magical than that
@@fernanda8059 i know right?!!! She went from magical, dreamy, meaningful songs like honeymoon avenue, moonlight, raindrops, imagine to shut up… “how you’ve been spending your time? Shut up” Like no 😩

After this I just fell in love with all of her work! Love your reaction! It was so fun to see listen to one of my 10 ten favorite albums of all time. Now to watch your eternal sunshine reaction!
Sweetener the album has two vibes: the 'sweetener' vibe and the 'breathin' vibe. That's because Ariana was in the process of writing and recording her fourth album in 2016 with Pharrell, and in November 2016 she even revealed on social media that she'd finished the album. Songs like sweetener, the light is coming and better off were going to be on it, as well as unreleased songs like clarity, you, sober and on top of everything. But then Manchester changed everything and her original fourth studio album was never fully finalized. She then wrote breathin, no tears left to cry, get well soon and, at the last minute in 2018, god is a woman. The unreleased song 'you' was taken off the album by Ari a few months before the release. Sweetener remains my favorite album, but I believe I would've loved the original even more. It also would've been a least favorite for everyone who dislike the vibe of blazed, tlic, sweetener, successful and borderline. The unreleased songs all share that same carefree, happy Pharrell production. I love it :)
i always think about the initial sweetener album like u said it was all pharrell produced songs and ik they get hate but i fckn love his production. i always wished she dropped a sweetener deluxe with those unreleased tracks. i wish she kept 'you' is sooo goood
I love sweetener so much! it’s my fav album, although idk because thank u, next is so good and a masterpiece! i am also so excited for eternal sunshine and i feel like it might be at least top 3 and i’m excited to see your reaction to it!
I love this album so much! It makes me excited for Eternal Sunshine because it’s about her healing journey and how much she’s healed and I’m just so ready for mother to be happyyyy🤍🤍🤍
Okay ur so real, I feel like the light is coming is quite good. Not necessarily about a guy (a guy can be a part of it) but it’s just about haters and people invalidating struggle and pain not only she has gone but everyone is going through. So she’s reaffirming us throughout the chorus (TLIC) to ignore all the bullshit or keep working hard cause we’re going to be okay and everyone who thought we weren’t or didn’t want us to be can go f themselves
One of my most favorite projects from Ariana. I'm such a sucker for uplifting beats, positive messages, motivation, and the like. That said, goodnight n go may be my favorite song of her discography. The mix of tempos, gentle and powerful, tenderness in emotion, high and low vocal range, and ending on such a pure resolution hits home for me every single time. Thank you for your reactions!
Sweetener’s all about overcoming ptsd from the Manchester attack, the breakup with Mac Miller, and falling in love with Pete Davidson. One of my favs for sure. Used to dislike it tho but I jam so hard now
Neecee babyyy😭😭..... Lots of love from this side of the planet (Kenya)💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖. About The light is coming, I also didn't like the song at first🤧. But as I listened to it more often, the dots began to connect😁. I think it'd be best if you take ur time to sit right with the lyrics and the song in general😌. But I do love your reactions😚. Once again, lots of love from this side❤❤❤. Keep up the excellent work💎💎.
I think in "the light is coming," the verses are meant to show just how draining the darkness can be, with the pre chorus boosting self morale while simultaneously calling out whoever/whatever this negative energy is coming from. Then, the chorus serves as a recognition of that exhaustion and the intent to live better and stop surrounding yourself with negativity. "The light is coming" and so is the liberation from the bad vibes. That's just how I see it!
This was definitely her first album as a whole that tells a story. Everything ties into her life and you can hear in a lot of the songs there's a lot of breathing sounds like in successful which was like because of the anxiety attacks she would get after the trauma of the bombing and her relationships.
I loved your giaw reaction 🤣 literally me when i hear that song.......loved the entire album reaction.....you should definitely check out her documentary called "excuse me I love you" her live performance are so much better than original tracks
You really need to listen to the K Bye For Now album (edit): The ending long silence in Get Well Soon is to contribute to the bombing in manchester durning her tour.
ugh i feel like over time i continue to love and appreciate this album with each listen. when it first came out, i wasn't crazy about it because some of the sounds on here were definitely experimental and different than what we were used to. but i LOVE this album now. better off is the underdog on here for me, i love that song so much. her lower register is gorgeous. she actually said she feels like this album is like how she talks. she's said in interviews that she's doing less vocal gymnastics, less super high vocal moments on this album and keeping it chill and fun. this style fits her so well and i think she leans into that side of her voice more in thank u next and positions!
Raindrops is a cover of (part of) a song by the Four Seasons, An Angel Cried! And Goodnight N Go is also kind of a cover, kind of an interpolation, of an Imogen Heap Song, but she put a really different spin on it
Pharrell originally gave REM to Beyonce and there's her demo somewhere online. It's quite different, more sultry less dreamy. You should give it a listen.
I’d be interested in seeing/hearing you react to her earlier albums Yours Truly, My Everything, and Dangerous Woman. Tbh I don’t think they’re as good as sweetener and thank u, next.. I still think those two are the best albums in her discography. Even positions as well, but sweetener and thank u, next just hit differently for me because I love the vulnerability in those albums & they came out at a time where I needed them.. so they have a special place in my heart. But anyway.. her earlier albums are still really good, & I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts on them as well!
Many didn't like this album cause it's very experimental and poor Pharrell got bullied alot on social media for it😭 but now more people seems to like the album.
There are people in this world, that no matter what kind of mood you’re in, their smile will make you smile. You’re one of those people NeeCee. Thank you for this great reaction ♥️
Raindrops is about Mac’s passing. The day Mac died it rained in NYC where she was at. “The day you left me, an angel cried” The heavens cried for and with her.
Please listen to the Yours Truly album, its her debut album and its very impressive for being her first album. I really recommend listening to it, you would LOVE it
why are almost all the songs explicit even though a lot of them dont have curse words or bad meanings- love you neecee! i come back to this video every week almost-
when she said “does this end” in REM, she was actually in studio recording wondering why the song is so long and if it ever gonna end. but i like your explanation more lmao
goodnight n go is a remake of the song by Imogen Heap, who's one of her major influences!!! especially when it comes to production/some of those interesting things she does with her voice. i love the original but ari's version is sooo good too, it definitely did the original justice but also put her own spin on it

Many didn't like this album cause it's very experimental and poor Pharrell got bullied alot on social media for it😭 but now more people seems to like the album.
fr it got a lot of hate when it got released and now this album is mostly everyone's fav. ahead of its time dare i say...
There are people in this world, that no matter what kind of mood you’re in, their smile will make you smile. You’re one of those people NeeCee. Thank you for this great reaction ♥️

YOUR REACTION TO GOD IS A WOMAN WAS EVERYTHING 💜
Raindrops is about Mac’s passing. The day Mac died it rained in NYC where she was at.
“The day you left me, an angel cried”
The heavens cried for and with her.
He died after the album was released tho
It’s actually a cover of a song from the 60’s.
Better off is my fav song in the album
GIRLL, YOU ALREADY BECAME MY FAVORITE REACTOR LUV UU
Awww yayyy thank you🥹😭❤️❤️❤️
The person you hear in some of the songs is Pharrell Williams, he produced half of the album
Many fans accuse him of having ruined the album. All the bops are produced by Max Martin who produced all the songs on eternal sunshine😭 we can't wait
Please listen to the Yours Truly album, its her debut album and its very impressive for being her first album. I really recommend listening to it, you would LOVE it
the light is coming is about finding light after the hard time that ariana went through because of the manchester attack
I love your Reactions!
Keep up the good work and stay true to yourself!

22:08 God is a woman is a metaphor that is meant to be represented as woman empowerment.
Ahh okay! Love that too😂❤️❤️
@@neeceexx❤❤❤
raindrops and goodnight n go are covers but in goodnight n go she changed some verses with new ones
her best album in my opinion
why are almost all the songs explicit even though a lot of them dont have curse words or bad meanings- love you neecee! i come back to this video every week almost-
FINAALY SWEETNER THANK YOU I LOVE YOUUUU IM TOTALLY SUBSCRIBING!!!!!!
Yayyy thank you for being here!❤️❤️
when she said “does this end” in REM, she was actually in studio recording wondering why the song is so long and if it ever gonna end. but i like your explanation more lmao
😂😂I’m gonna pretend my explanation was correct!😂❤️
also blazed means getting high off that mary jane 😭🤣
Ohhhhhhh😭😭
goodnight n go is a remake of the song by Imogen Heap, who's one of her major influences!!! especially when it comes to production/some of those interesting things she does with her voice. i love the original but ari's version is sooo good too, it definitely did the original justice but also put her own spin on it
