1) usually if we go for contractor they have mentioned everything in that agreement with plus or minus allowances in expenditure, Even though expenditures will come more for that reason our materials rate change and our mindset, for reducing these how to enhance agreement (what are the mandatory points should be there in agreement) please guide us...

Sir, few question about interiors.
How reliable are the interiors material especially false ceiling, yes it depends on the material used, but how it is in general?
How to maintain the interior material, I mean the color fade or dirt because walls used to get painted in a required frequency.
Does false ceiling create problem to actual ceiling, mainly in rainy days I guess there may be chances for moisture accumulation it may create bad oder and infection perhaps. How to tackle that?
