This is not real old. Its an acylene gas igniter. Pipe line workers still use them. Its not made to light those wood shavings it is made to light gas torches.

You broke the "Rules of Restoration". You never show the completed restoration at the beginning of the video. Plenty of movies start at the end then flash back to show how those events unfolded. Imo its more fascinating sometimes to have an ending teased and then we viewers get to see everything fall into place along the way. Not something to do every time maybe but once in a while can be nice
