We are always in hopes that you would take the time to include two bedroom homes, smaller square footage, covered porches. I think I'm addicted to your regular longer double-wides even though I know technically a single wide with 3 bedrooms 2 baths and spacious would still be what I really should invest in. I currently live in a stick built that comes in at a bit over 1200sq ft. It has been a decent size. Hoping to size up though. We had up to four humans and you don't even want to know how many critters. As for that Pantry Dance shirt, it so reminds me of the old DDR games. Those were so fun! I used to play with my son. 😊

I can say from experience that those corner cabinets with the plastic shelves are not useful. Anything tall, like cereal boxes, fall off all the time, anything too heavy makes the lazy Susan sag and crack. It also downsizes the amount of storage space that is actually in a corner cabinet. Thank you for the tour. The variety of homes you have always shown us is wonderful. So helpful.
Now THIS is something I could live in!!! I would make little tweaks, but I really like this one. I love the wood look and love my brown tones, but for some reason I'm not taken with the kitchen in this one. I would have to change the colour (easy peasy!!). I also don't like "bent" islands, but I understand why they have one in this. Yeah, I'm fussy and crazy. I own it!!! 😂
Best swivel bottom kitchen cabinet (mine the door is not attached to swivel & bothersome). Kitchen had alot of cabinets (good enough amount). I liked that one shower tub did not have glass doors. The corner shower I liked too, with a nice long window (light) above toilet. Loved that inner blind in the back door near utility room; the size of this well-designed home is PERFECT for one person or couple (older)!

This is an excellent home for a single person or small family. Like the layout and how bright this home is. Having some mobility issues myself it’s nice to see the ramp entrance and the wider door widths for wheel chair access.
I think this size home is perfect for a couple who are downsizing. We've lived in a big 2 story for 20 some yrs and it's just way to big now that the kids are all grown.

An 8 drawer kitchen, that's more than I have. Good storage in the kitchen and utility room. I was surprised at the size of the master bath, I expected something a little bigger. Really like the floor plan and the big windows in the living room. :)
I too was shocked at the tiny sz of the master bathroom! It reminded me of the cramped bathroom someone might find in a tiny camper and not in a lovely home like this! I definitely would need a double sink & more counter space for starters in the master bath! I also would love to see a walk-in closet for myself & closet shown for my husband. Doing away with the smaller bedroom on opposite side of the house might bring in the desired extra rm needed. The bathroom was a big disappointment!!! I adored everything else though & that huge window in the living room, the open amazing kitchen with spectacular openness had me sold immediately! Love this overall design though! Very nice place. We like these size homes since we are now empty nesters. We watch every video, but don't comment much since we watch on the big screen TV. We prefer the smaller sized manufactured videos, but keep up the variety.
It's darling. I'd like it for myself but also good for 2 people. Love the palatial window in the living room area. It really opens a small area up with the illusion of a bigger space. Very lovely and has plenty of room for personal touches and add ons and upgrades. Love the Utility Room AND the window treatment on the back door. I never saw anything like that so that was a treat. For those that are downsizing Everything, (including the idea that we MUST have a walk-in closet that could host a small country come to visit for the duration) this is perfect. I spent my life being house proud and maintaining STUFf. Now I want easy to keep and just enough so we can be comfortable and focus on each other. More of these, please. PS - the utility entrance is brilliant. I have dogs, and being able to take muddy paws from an outdoor entrance DIRECTLY to a shower fitted with a detachable shower head? Be still my heart.
I like everything but the master bath. I already know how KIT does master showers so anything short of that isn't what I KNOW this builder can do. Thanks for another great tour Chance!

Nice home, but I suggest widening the tall kitchen cabinets by the back door. Then the microwave oven could be moved over there and mounted inside at about counter height. This would enable people who are short and/or disabled to use it. Unfortunately, I am both. This home should also be offered with handicapped modifications for the disabled. A real fireplace in the living room would also be nice. The size of the home and the rooms is good. Bet they sell a lot of these.
This house is lovely and would fit nicely on a city lot, as it's not overly wide. It does have everything for a downsized/empty nester, or young family. The cabinets in the utility room would work as a pantry, although the number of cupboards in the kitchen mean that a huge pantry would be overkill.
POW, WOW! This is a very very nice little house! Very very nicely done with many useful and well thought out details. I really really like this house. I would take this floorpan easily. It would add to the price, but I would add Hardie Plank to all 4 sides. Then I would add 6 feet in length. Put 2 feet on each end to make the bedrooms bigger, and 2 feet in the middle to give a little more stretch out room in the dining room, living room and kitchen. The vaulted roof and living room with the huge windows just flat out works great for this house.
This is a nice little home,nothing fancy but nice nontheless. Those front windows are gorgeous and it has a very homey vibe. The cabinet in the utility room could be used as a pantry. I give this one a thumbs up!

I absolutely love the large windows! With better kitchen floor and cabinets you could really make this beautiful! This would be a perfect downsizing retirement home. Turn it into a 2 bedroom. I would take out the wall between the two bedrooms and make that a large master with bigger closet and bath. Then the old master can be a guest room/office. I’m about sold!

For those that are downsizing Everything, (including the idea that we MUST have a walk-in closet that could host a small country come to visit for the duration) this is perfect. I spent my life being house proud and maintaining STUFf. Now I want easy to keep and just enough so we can be comfortable and focus on each other.

PS - the utility entrance is brilliant. I have dogs, and being able to take muddy paws from an outdoor entrance DIRECTLY to a shower fitted with a detachable shower head?

Nice home, but I suggest widening the tall kitchen cabinets by the back door. Then the microwave oven could be moved over there and mounted inside at about counter height. This would enable people who are short and/or disabled to use it. Unfortunately, I am both. This home should also be offered with handicapped modifications for the disabled. A real fireplace in the living room would also be nice. The size of the home and the rooms is good. Bet they sell a lot of these.
I’m in love with this one. I’m a senior and this would be perfect. The corner cabinet is called a lazy Susan I believe.

Really like this home, a little pricier than I expected but that’s the world we live in now.
This house is lovely and would fit nicely on a city lot, as it's not overly wide. It does have everything for a downsized/empty nester, or young family. The cabinets in the utility room would work as a pantry, although the number of cupboards in the kitchen mean that a huge pantry would be overkill.
POW, WOW! This is a very very nice little house! Very very nicely done with many useful and well thought out details. I really really like this house. I would take this floorpan easily. It would add to the price, but I would add Hardie Plank to all 4 sides. Then I would add 6 feet in length. Put 2 feet on each end to make the bedrooms bigger, and 2 feet in the middle to give a little more stretch out room in the dining room, living room and kitchen. The vaulted roof and living room with the huge windows just flat out works great for this house.
I love the living room windows. Very similar to my sister's, only hers is 2 floors high.
This is a nice little home,nothing fancy but nice nontheless. Those front windows are gorgeous and it has a very homey vibe. The cabinet in the utility room could be used as a pantry. I give this one a thumbs up!

I absolutely love the large windows! With better kitchen floor and cabinets you could really make this beautiful! This would be a perfect downsizing retirement home. Turn it into a 2 bedroom. I would take out the wall between the two bedrooms and make that a large master with bigger closet and bath. Then the old master can be a guest room/office. I’m about sold!
