I used to eat lots of broccoli but it had me sleeping on the couch nights because my wife complained that I was to gassy,so instead I'd eat my broccoli in the morning and let the people at work suffer and by bedtime I wasn't gassy anymore.
Lmao same but with my mum. It was too the point that I was eating that much that I was stinking out the house. I was eating it in excess tbf but I’ve lowered the amount of consumption now lol
Love Broccoli! I steam them in my pressure cooker with garlic & onion. I top it off with various cheeses for flavor.
I have an instant pot that functions as a pressure cooker - steamer too and it takes only 2 to 3 mins! I steam all my vegetables in it having healthy meals in 5 to 10 mins.

Very informative.
I remember once when I was a kid, I went to my friend's house and felt like I was coming down with something. As soon as I got home, I asked my mum to just cook me a bowl of broccoli lol. It was so good.
Perfect🤗🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍👍
Stop telling people to use microwave
Some people only HAVE a microwave.... 😅
But I agree. I hate microwave.
Microwave kills the nutrients!!
Microwave ovens are the worst enemy to spoil the nutrients of foods. I never use this goddamn thing. The best way to eat broccoli 🥦 is to steam it.
@@Bishnu_Deb what about raw? Without steaming it or anything, just wash it with water then eat it. That’s what I started doing haha
I love broccoli. Thanks for the video.

I freaking LOVE broccoli ❤. It helps Strengthen our bones? 😮...I practice Kung Fu and I've been working on (bilge). A process that requires hitting harder objects repeatedly like flat wood with knuckles, elbows etc , in order to create micro fractures that will build up over time to make your bones even stronger. No wonder i started eating it raw follow your instincts folks 💯👍🏾

It’s a good idea to take a kelp capsule everyday if you eat a lot of it.

Is it still healthy to eat it w melted velvet as cheese over it??
Hell naw 🤣 😂
I love broccoli but i dont know how to make it taste good .steam with garlic and butter and everything spice?gonna start eating everyday i have. Joint pain
@@katiehopkins8018 steaming or stir fry are best , as that retains more nutrients . Add anti-infalmatorys , such as ginger , tarragon , Cumin , Tumeric - grated , .
I use it like this , due to joint pain .
To cite Morticia Addams " Play with your food" , include spices and or herbs , so my meals in a way become ethnic type foods , which taste really good . Chillies can be added , as they act as a catalyst , to get better benifits , for the body . 👍👌😎
@@davidarundel6187 Thank you very much..Sounds delish
@@katiehopkins8018 I Love the simple taste of lightly cooked broccoli, baby carrots, garden peas and celery with extra virgin olive oil drizzled over it. I'm eating it now ! Mmmmm....😋
I just don't like the taste of cruciferous vegetables. I use a powder extract that has them all.
