I hate this song. It is a great track but first time i heard it i was walking my dog and i loved it. Silence outside, music in headphones, my doggy playing around and i was imagining my future life as a happy father of happy children.
2 days later my dog died. Perfectly healthy dog just collapsed, in blink of an eye she died. I still miss her.

Vito Gesualdi its supposed to be like an arcade game (the actual physical arcade games at like movie theatres)
retro games used to be like black or grey just to show the intro before someone plays it.
which is why when the coin effect happens, start plays, then the game starts, as if a real arcade game.
Seeing the world in color could be interpreted as the beginning of seeing things with an open mind or differently in general... hence 'starting' a new journey.
Do you see Love in black and white, or in color?
