- In this video we conclude which manufacturers have the worst solar panels for RV solar systems and the reason why we stay away from them. We also discuss the differences in panel construction, efficiencies, and connectors that are largely found in today's market to ensure you have the knowledge to make informed buying decisions when purchasing equipment for your solar installation!

Well done ! Thank you
ABC's and ABC's are very important ! Thanks you for your video.
😢 There is plenty space over there, that poor panel could have been serving some small load in a corner, left alone with an ESP32 or something. I see the intend behind the sacrifice, but.. 🙂
A 12v panel is very useful when wired up to a 12v USB car charging terminal. That`s the best use for HQST junk. My best panels so far were cheap poly panels. 100w panels produced OVER 100w! Mono panels I`ve bought have never impressed.
Great explanation
Thanks, glad you got something from it!
Are ip67 connectors the same as MC4 connectors?
I believe "ip67" is just a rating that describes a certain products' ability to keep water out and isn't an actual type of connector but rather a property of the connector.
you know that breaking the solar panels is extremely toxic right?
And?
But soooo much fun!!! 🤣
"Extremely toxic" please provide 1st source citations.
@user-dr2pg8fk2i cadmium and lead are the only "toxic" materials I can come up with in solar panels but we're surrounded by those materials in life anyways... lol
Not sure about toxic, I do however prefer to keep my lungs clear of insoluble glass dust. Others can snort it for all I care though.
