I've been using the mayo nd egg mix for about 3 months now on my 3b type hair. I suggest applying the mask in the evening nd keeping it in overnight (3 times a week) the growth results are literally unreal. Went from a bob cut to mid back hair length cause of the overnight growth. (update: I only do it once every two weeks)
@@chemicalmade6018 it depends on how dense your hair is ig cause you don't want too much protein in your hair, but egg, mayo, aloe, avocado, coconut and olive oil is all good for your hair. Apply the mask when your hair is wet btw and cover it with a plastic bag so its airtight and absorbs all the nutrients overnight. I use the mayo and egg for shine, strength and moisture in my hair

I used this hairmask 2 years ago on my 3a hair because i used to straughten it everyweek for like months and it was soooo damaged to the point that it looked like barbies hair😅 but when i statted using this hairmask it started getting so much softer (make sure the avocado is ripe)
Great video you were doing so great until the Cantu. What I mean by that is that Cantu has alcohol as the 2nd to 3rd ingredient most prominent in it. I think that’s the reason behind why you feel your hair is lacking moisture. Whenever you take out Cantu at least your hair feeling dry because of the alcohol in it. I much suggest coconut curls they don’t have any harmful products to the hair. It Hass to be the best leave in conditioner for black hair

One to two eggs, and a tablespoon of olive oil works too, coconut oil after to increase softness of your hir, and hold moisture.
For those who don't want protein from mayo or egg, I suggest omitting these and using just avocado, honey and olive oil.
A great substitute for those proteins is coconut milk

I use this mask, but use aloe and honey instead of the eggs. The mayo is all whipped eggs and oil. No need for extra protein.

Use a ripe avocado. Unripe ones leaves little chunks
