- @Patmatrone makes these backing tracks that are good enough to be played on their own. I really struggled to find my place in this one, but it was fun! Also, it doesn't hurt to have this Charvel DK24 FR in Infinity Blue!! My gf had gotten me a gift card for our anniversary and I finally used it on something that I just couldn't ignore. The blue finish is just incredible to look at. Coupled with the ebony board and black pickups/hardware this thing looks clean af! Of course I had to give her my usual TLC (bought it used) but now she plays like a brand new baby!! (She didn't fight me very much which was nice.) This honestly is my dream setup: HSS with a FR means I can whammy flutter all day and never go out of tune and I get all the tonal qualities I generally want when I'm soloing. Normally I find the Seymour Duncan Full Shred to bite a bit too hard, but it sounds just perfect in this model. I know it's still the honeymoon phase, but I might have a new favorite. :D
