Bro I was watching a really old video of yours to answer my question about chute blocker mulching blade combo. then my head wandered to xblades a few days later. And here you are with drone footage! love it dude keep up the hustle
I also have the X blades on and get a lot of blowout. The key to getting a really good mulch of the leaves is to run over the leaves in reverse. Thank me later. Lol
I have a hustler fastrak with a mulch kit and the x blades. Worked amazing everywhere except when it got wet and thick. Found the best results is to drive forward and then backwards over the same path. Then a quick clean up and done. What blades are you using? I’m using a high lift bottom and gator up top.
I am wanting to see how they do without the mulch kit. Sometimes the mulch kit can actually work against you because if you get too much loaded under the deck, you can't discharge them to release the debris. In this video I had dual mulching blades on.
Why do you have so much blow out? We have better results in one pas and we don't have a full kit. Your fighting and don't realize it. You vid quality is on point and love the drone footage.
I think it has to deal with the amount of air moving in that deck with nowhere for it to go. I wonder how well they do without the mulch kit. I have mixed feelings in running a mulch kit anyways. I appreciate the kind words on the video quality! Means a lot!
@@mithgo_outdoor i went to just one mulching blade/no mulch kit, and I didn't have near the blow out as I did before. Still had some blow out but not as bad.

Really enjoyed seeing the dual POV! Nicely done, Dylan!
Thank you! I thought it would be a good visual to see how well the x-blades did!
@@D.Stephenson You are very welcome! Absolutely was!
From the air, it looks like your running a bagger
lol right! Those blades definitely chopped the leaves up

I do straight mulch blades, from Ballard. I do have the x blade adapters however have not ran them yet.

Got anymore hats?

leaving to much mulch in the grass....pick it up
That isn’t much of a grass area. That is a drive area to get to the shop. That’s why I mulch everything in that area.
Just ordered a set for my Scag can’t wait to put them to work 👍🏽

xblades cause a lot of blow out...i have the same problem. I'm gonna remove them from my mower because of it

Were you using all 6 mulching blades?? Thanks for the videos!
No. 3 high lift and 3 mulching blades. Thanks for tuning in!
Great video ordered my set of x blade adapters and I’m going to try it on my 3ft pasture grass/weeds. We will see if they work
Did it work well
Yeah pulverized it
