I have a question I have to add Spanish in my organization but how do I go about that invest in a company to implement Spanish or buy a software help teach the employee Spanish now that Spanish has become a language used in the United States.
Hi Rich! I have a, maybe silly, question. Where do you assign Staff that works on more than one area. For example, my copywritter makes content for the marketing function, sales function and content function! Do I have to put her under the 3 functions or should I put her under one department?

Rich if you want to make theworld a better place you should be promoting a flattened structure. It will for one reduce workplace bullying. The type of structure you preach does not work well in the real work because of people behaviour

I would put her under 3 functions if she does all 3. That way as you build your team you can replace her one function at a time.
