Yeah your body naturally slides back when doing frog pumps. That's why in many videos and pics, he would put a Bosu ball behind to prop the neck and keep the body in place. You can try doing that
These are some tips my PT gave me: Keep your heels as close to your butt as you comfortably can. Knees are wider than the shoulders, but not much wider than that. If they're moving around a lot during the exercise, you don't have have enough stabilizer strength
Might be adductors, maybe they're not stretched enough and you compensate the exercise by inadvertedly engaging them. If not, maybe you have a stiff psoas, groin pain can be caused also by poor hip extension
Hamstrings and glutes should be working together in this exercise 😊 if you feel less in your glutes you might think about getting some glute resistance bands on Amazon and doing some sets of crab walks before the frog pumps. Hope this answers your question! 💕💕💕
Did he say 3 sets of 50 reps? I am dead 🙃

I find myself sliding back little by little when doing these and bridges. Any suggestions to prevent this? Or is this normal?

Excuse me, what's the rest time between reps?

I feel that I’m also using a lot of hamstring while doing it, does that I mean I’m not doing it right?

@@ravenswoods177The whole point of this exercise is to shut out your hamstrings and get more focus on your glutes. :)
