"It's just a greenhouse, it doesn't have to be perfect" .... says Rosie the master builder and then builds the most perfect and amazing greenhouse I've ever seen! LOL!
The videography, the arial shots, the music the close ups, your parents helping and the beautiful work of this green house is completely breathtaking. I wish we were friends so we could have green tea at the little table while potting a tiny plant 🪴😁 thanks for sharing this. This made my week.

Wow, your parents really did a great job with this, especially getting the clear plastic panels, which allow in so much light. What a wonderful memory this will be for all of you to share, creating something so beautiful and you built it together.
Spectacular! You could honestly design greenhouse kits for people with limited budgets/space, from small raised beds/benches with storage underneath and swing tops to modular versions of what you created here, and make a good living off of it! There's a huge market in Sweden for alternatives, for everything from balconies, to urban gardening, hundreds of thousands of allotments and for regular gardens. You're very talented in your use of simple materials making pleasing, functional and airy designs, like you did with your kitchen too. I'm sure this greenhouse will be a total gamechanger for you from early spring next year. Being able to start the growing season earlier and keep the plants warmer makes all the difference up here. And besides all the food you'll yeild I'm sure you'll love spending time there, under that pitched roof. Well done you! 👏👌😍
You have built yourself quite the greenhouse! May it serve you well with pots of green things to eat 🥕🥦🥒🧅🧄 and blooms to look at 🌼🌸🌻May it smell of earth and growing each time you enter!
Whaw, Rosie you have become quit the carpenter! The greenhouse looks amazing! Glad that mum and dad could get you a hand in sourcing the materials and also lending a hand when it was too big or difficult to handle alone. You must be so proud of your achievement!
This was so lovely to watch. And I love your happy skip out of your garden once you got the roof on. And your mom coming out to look at it. What a beautiful project. I am glad I found your channel.
Oh Rosie this week filming is amazing. I love your parents visiting , helping you. The Greenhouse is like a Botanic Garden Design😃 well done it is truly amazing. Your parents must feel so proud of your skills and achievements.
You didn't failed. You gain tremendous amount of experience and lesson, and you didn't stop there and keep pushing. Not only you have gained what you gained, you also have a fantastic new place for your garden. Bravo.
Dear Rosie, I must say, out of all the youtubers i follow, your videos are the ones i look the most forward to! Your courage and way to just go head first into projects, but also planning into every detail and taking the changes and uexpected fails with a smile - you are very inspiring and your journey is such a privelege to be a part of! :)
100% agree with all the others. Just one thing upset me - when you reached across to hold the offcut on the right side with your left hand. IN FRONT of the running sabre saw. Please don’t do that again. We value you too much.
Wow you said you didn't mind if it was perfect, but Rosie it looks better than most professionals could do. You put such detail and love and care into it. Your mum and dad must be so proud of everything you've accomplished on this land.
THAT is the cutest, most magical space Rosie! You and your mom have the same adorable mannerisms. It will be so lovely in there on a sunny but chilly day, to have a tea and just be. Well done.
I remember watching your first attempt at this greenhouse. I love the final rendition. And you know what I love the most? That your mom and dad helped and you have it recorded. How wonderful to have these special times with them recorded.
You did amazing, as you always do. And the video was made beautifully 💕 Now to the part I don't really want to write, but feel compelled to as a professionally trained joiner who's seen a lot, and lost part of 3 fingers to a machine (they were all put back and healed fine in the end so I'm one of the lucky ones). Your safety awareness around power tools really scares me sometimes 🙈 To make a long story short, please never ever cut/saw lumber (or anything, aspecially in non uniform materials such as wood) with the blade pointing toward any body part. If you need to hold a piece of material, prop it up, or hold the end you want to keep from falling and saw with the other hand, never crossing the two. Never ever! Blades can shatter from nowhere in the middle of a cut (happens more frequently than you would think). Timber can all of a sudden change in density, within the same piece. Things, like pebbles, minerals etc can be invisibly imbedded in the wood (due to wind, animals etc, and then the bark just grows over it year after year making it invisible). All these things can cause saw blades to either shatter, kick back or rush forward, sometimes so rapidly your brain won't follow until after the fact. These things lead to lost fingers, severed arms and worse... All the time! You're so precious to so many of us. Please please be more safe, even if it means being slightly inconvenienced in the beginning. Once you get the hang of how to do things with safety first in mind it will quickly come as second nature (self preservation is a powerful motivator) and you'll just do things the safer way automatically. If you struggle with getting started, search for things like "circular saw safety" etc, and you'll get good visuals to remind you of the dos and don'ts to keep top of mind. I'm rooting for you in everything you do and hope you will take this as well intended advice rather than criticism. That's how it was meant, no more, no less. Take care, be happy & be safe. I all ready look forward to your next video 😊❤
It’s a really important reminder to all who use tools and do projects. You get caught up in the moment and the progress and safety isn’t out front in your mind. I needed that reminder too. Thank you!
Thx for the warning! I was on the point of sawing myself, always feel a little scared, procrastinated doing so, and was now seeing the beautiful work here on the edge of sawing like I saw here. So from our watchers viewpoint your info are very valuable , too!
And ABSOLUTELY ALWAYS wear safety glasses!!!!!!!...I also felt sorry for you poor hands, try wearing gloves...even fishing -gloves that leave index, middle fingers and thumbs exposed for dexterity. ALWAYS safety first, good luck with your projects❤
”Its nice though, isn’t it? … in theory…. It just doesnt work” 😂 I felt that! Good job Rosie! Love watching how your story play out. I feel so strongly with you in terms of dreams combined with budget! Keep going!
In Sweden we celebrate putting on the roof with a “taklagsfest”. I hope you celebrated your roof with a real blow out of a party. Such good work. I am so so impressed by you 🎉🙌
Im starting to like Rosie more and more. She s going here own way to think and build things that she have never done before. Im also going my own way. 👍🌻🌞
It’s wonderful that your parents came for a visit. They are company for you and get to see how much your home has improved. They must be so proud of what you have accomplished.
This structure is smashing! Obviously will be very useful for food production. We can see you sitting on that little bench and enjoying soaking up the warmth on sunny, cold days. Treasure these moments with your dear mom and dad. Wonderful to watch this structure go up. BRAVO!👏✌
This greenhouse is so adorable that if it were me,I’d probably drag my sleeping bag outside at night and go camping inside.. I have never commented before but wanted to give praise for how interesting a delightful your videos are. I look forward to each new one that posts.
This was such a delightful video Rosie!! What a stunning addition to your homestead. Having your parents there to help and also witness the amazing talent you have...bravo!!!
Saw fairy !!! I can’t believe how many angles you have mastered here !!! What can’t you do ?!!! Seriously your skills are so impressive. Also very precious to see the family input into it ! Beautiful. Enjoy it !!
I think this is my favorite episode ever. I have watched it so many times. I would take my cup of coffee each morning and sit in the greenhouse. Beautiful. You are so talented.
It’s such a pleasure to read your story. Love that your folks were present to help out. This was indeed a luxury. You’re in my prayers all the time. Thank you for this gift of watching your journey. Many blessings
I have really enjoyed watching you gradually transform your property. It inspires me to keep moving forward, slowly making changes to my own property which I moved into in February of this year. It is a lot of work, but SO rewarding as I'm sure you know. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.
Oh hey it's the video that the algorithm recommended to me and made me go all the way back to the start to follow your whole journey! Definitely going to watch it a second time, with all of the added context from the past 2 years of renovation :)
One of the many reasons that I love your channel so much is that you are an amazing film maker, a true artist. Thank you for sharing all of this beauty with us.
Love your new outside space for growing food and courgettes and tomatoes and off you go. I would love to see more of the rivers near you too and it is all about outside at the moment and inside can wait until winter. I think as long as you have a stove up and running or even a fireplace or firepits outside there will be some form of warmth. Surprised you have not made a firepit area.
Fabulous job and it looks really cute and functional! The only thing I would consider adding is a self ventilating window. They are relatively inexpensive, but an arm will push open the window automatically when the temp reaches a certain level. I don't think you even need solar for it. However, they do make small, inexpensive solar fans for greenhouses, too. It 's so important to keep the air moving.
I've been watching your videos since episode 5 or something like that. I remember when you built the original greenhouse and how upset you were when it didn't work out. And here you are now, revisiting the project with so much more confidence. You've come a long way, Rosie, and this random internet lurker is proud of your growth. Best of luck to you always. 🌻
What an awesome video. Love seeing you creating with your wonderful parents. You are so lucky to have such a supportive family. The greenhouse is stellar. The dormer for a proper door and peaked roof for snow load are both brilliant pivots. That’s your superpower, Rosie, on the move thinking, with a gorgeous outcome. A true skill.
I have just recently found your channel and have busily watched your journey. It is so refreshing to see a 'renovator' with relatively no money and no experience try to do what you are doing. Watching you get better at construction has been inspiring.
I'm almost in tears about how sweet this build is. You did such a good job!!! And I'm so glad your parents were there to help you out. I really get the feeling that it was all built with love❤️
Watching this and seeing you'r mum working with you made me miss my mum so much!! She is no longer here with us but with great love I remember the moments when I did walpaperin and other building and renovating things with her. You are lucky to still have your mum around ❤❤
Rosie, your "can do" mindset is so inspiring. Thank you for sharing all stages of your planning, "changes and why", build, to the finish. I'm looking forward to building mine, as well, next year. I was born, raised, and married into the construction genre and so I have some knowledge by osmosis. I'm totally impressed!!! Blessings to you!!!
Wow it is the cutest greenhouse thank you for sharing your incredible little build. Much love to your fantastic parents, I really love seeing your mom in the videos. Such a dear sweet family! Bless you all!
Thank you! You left in the bits where you made mistakes, you showed yourself being discouraged at times, and you then showed us to never let those things get you down! You made the video relatable and just amazing to watch! I am a subscriber now and can not wait to go back and watch some of your other content. Plus I love the Greenhouse!
What a brilliant job you’ve done, especially trusting your intuition and adjusting to make changes that weren’t planned; a real sign of creativity. I love that your parents supported the idea and helped when needed. A very special family!
The fact that the original greenhouse structure remained upright and intact through the winter is a testament to her design and construction skills. I have to admit I didn’t know what batten and dormer were so thank you for expanding my vocabulary. The altered greenhouse is just amazing. A work of art really. I’m so proud of her! From Rosie’s comments about how happy she is to build something new instead of renovating I suspect we’ll have a Rosie house build in not too many years. 😊 And I’ll be here supporting her!
Oh you are so clever! What a feat! And it was precious that you could do this with your parents! What great memories for the future when you feel by your self! You can just go out and have tea-anytime! Love it! Blessings from Tx Danielle
It really is such a beautiful space and the pitched roof gives it a very proper conservatory vibe! Congratulations, so precious to have your parents enjoy the experience with you! ❤
So cute! You are turning into quite the carpenter. Your parents must be so proud of you, they must have been impressed by the guest cottage makeover! They are awesome to help you so much.
I love that you just share your mistakes too. I'm a maker and builder and tinkerer and I appreciate that you work slow too and get things wrong. It's a super adorable little greenhouse!! I love it!
Rosie I'm so glad you got to share this special project with your mom and dad. And I'm so very glad you now have a sturdy greenhouse that will protect your vegetables from bad weather. And from rabbits and deers eating your crop. Thank you for sharing this video.
Girl I agree, it's the cutest little table on the stone and the cutest little greenhouse, but the look on your face with the door hinges, was the cutest, so glad you included the mishap, we have all made that same expression, lol...I love your resourceful attitude...I am taking a break from the 90F heat while putting up poles and sunshades here in Florida, the sun is brutal so I take lots of breaks...I love seeing your parents helping, especially mum with the gardening, both of mine are gone, but I manage by myself even at 74, we got the girl power to go it alone...we just like things cute...LOVE IT ALL...!
What a joyous place you have created for yourself and your plants…..what a marvellous escape for those days when you are fed up with MDF or renovating in general! Be proud! You are such a marvellous craftswoman…no glue!!! I am so impressed with your diligence to detail….I guess it helps some that you are a designer by trade! I just happened upon your channel and now find myself an addict and binge quite a bit on your videos! Your parents are so good and helpful to you as well..making marvellous memories while playing in the sawdust! Xxx
What a great addition to your garden. You are such a talented designer and it’s so wonderful to see the joy that creating gives you. And … what supportive and hard working mum and dad you have 😍
You did a GREAT job🙏 together with your mom ( my cousin } It was loving to see you together💖I LOVE all your work on the house and guesthouse and now a good functional greenhouse 🌹
Hej Rosie, i have seen a lot of diy greenhouses but your design is the most likeable shape i have ever seen. also your growing skills in woodworking are amazing. Well done and i wish you a happy harvest.
Rosie, it's such a treat watching you create and be so industrious, independent, and downright clever! You must be gratified at the success of your journey, and how satisfying it must be to see what a beautiful life you have built for yourself with your own hands. I enjoy your videos and look forward to each, wondering what your achievements will be each time. Sending some bravas your way, and of course to Mum and Dad too. I wish I had a greenhouse like yours, I'd be so proud! 😊👏👏👏🤗🇨🇦💖
Such a beautiful build to grow and live in! Nice to see the whole family working to make it happen! Hat's off to you Rosie and Family. Good luck and God bless you! Patricia
Is this the first time you’ve designed something this big, and then actually BUILT IT yourself? If yes, BRAVO 👏 TO YOU‼️ It must give you great satisfaction to take the project all the way through the building stage. ♥️ LOVE the bench on the rock. So INGENIOUS! And creates a safety measure from tripping over that boulder. 💦 Nothing beats the sound of rain when in a structure like that! ENJOY IT‼️ You so deserve all the beautiful things you’re creating.
sweetest builder in youtube builds the sweetest greenhouse with the help of the sweetest parents. loved it.
"It's just a greenhouse, it doesn't have to be perfect" .... says Rosie the master builder and then builds the most perfect and amazing greenhouse I've ever seen! LOL!
Horse Puckey-as they say-this is an amazingly poor plan and will NEVER be properly functional or durable.
You’ve got great parents!!!
I did until I was 26 yrs old
❤what a wonderful greenhouse. And so special to have your parents there to help. A very inspiring video.❤
I love watching people make their dreams into reality; it requires both whimsy and intellect in concert.
Your parents must be so proud of you. What a clever and resourceful daughter they have.
kudos to your parents! they are over 70 years old,i guess and are so hepful and engaged to your projects
This is exactly my thought. Such awesome wonderful skilfully person. 🎉❤
What wonderful family ❤
Exactly what I seen being involved with your parents having them feel useful working together is such a beautiful thing for them God bless you

Rosie, you are amazing! I love the design of the greenhouse! I’m glad that your Mom and Dad were there to help you❤️👏👏👏👏👏
What a brilliant job you’ve done, especially trusting your intuition and adjusting to make changes that weren’t planned; a real sign of creativity. I love that your parents supported the idea and helped when needed. A very special family!
WOW. Abolutely beautiful. Your parents are amazing!! Rosie I look forward so see what you do next.
Congratulations on your build.... You are a clever lady.
Zooooo mooi geworden en cozy. Ik stem voor Solar lampjes erin 🫶 Wat fijn dat je ouders konden helpen. Ik wil nu ook een zelfgemaakte greenhouse! ❤️
Love it!
Blessings from Tx

It really is such a beautiful space and the pitched roof gives it a very proper conservatory vibe! Congratulations, so precious to have your parents enjoy the experience with you! ❤
So cute! You are turning into quite the carpenter. Your parents must be so proud of you, they must have been impressed by the guest cottage makeover! They are awesome to help you so much.
I love that you just share your mistakes too. I'm a maker and builder and tinkerer and I appreciate that you work slow too and get things wrong. It's a super adorable little greenhouse!! I love it!
I like the greenhouse project a lot, but the way you shared your enthusiasm even more. Your mother is special, it seems.
Peaceful, serene and purposeful! Well done 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Rosie I'm so glad you got to share this special project with your mom and dad. And I'm so very glad you now have a sturdy greenhouse that will protect your vegetables from bad weather. And from rabbits and deers eating your crop. Thank you for sharing this video.
The little joyful hop down the garden path after the roof was placed on.....🙌🏻💫⭐️. Amazing, Rosie 👑
I absolutely Love your little greenhouse!!!!!! I can only imagine how fun it was to have it all come together like that.
Love the greenhouse! And so wonderful to have your parents visiting and helping!
As a gardener and mother I found this creation captivating. Your parents are real troopers you lucky girl.
Such a nice greenhouse! You truly are creative indoors and outdoors.

I love it! And the fact that your parents worked with you on it will be a special memory. A peaceful place.🙏
Hej Rosie, i have seen a lot of diy greenhouses but your design is the most likeable shape i have ever seen. also your growing skills in woodworking are amazing. Well done and i wish you a happy harvest.
Your ingenuity never fails to amaze me!!! Love the greenhouse 😁😁😁
So nice Rosie and parents! You did a wonderful job. ❤
Excellent, excellent job!!! Wonderful supportive parents.
Oh my goodness, I loved watching you build this fairytale greenhouse. You are so smart and it is just beautiful.
You’ve done a great job of your greenhouse, you’re so clever. Your parents are also a wonderful help to you. All look great 🎉
