      It's a Wonderful tea but if you have neurological problems such as epilepsy or something similar to it it could sort of make that a little bit overactive .... so you would have to be a little bit careful as I have a mild cousin of epilepsy called myoclonic twitching ... and I triggered it by letting this tea steep really really long ... sometimes even overnight .... and never less than a half hour or 40 minutes .
      To get the benefit of a healing tea you're supposed to let it steep for at least 20 minutes .
      Not only was I letting it steep really long but sometimes I was drinking several cups a day and so the twitching which is also happening in the brain started to come back .... it just so happens that at that point in time I ran out of the tea and did not buy anymore but I am going to be buying it again .

    • @gardensofthegods
      @gardensofthegods 3 роки тому +1

      Anybody on those should try to slowly wean themselves off of them as there are natural ways of dealing with a lot of the issues that they treat .
      but I will tell you this I have something that is like a mild cousin of epilepsy called myoclonic or myoclonic twitching.
      At one point I was letting the butterfly blue pea tea steep very very long minimum of 40 minutes ....sometimes even overnight ... so maybe it was too strong but you are supposed to let healing teas steep at least 20 minutes .
      Sometimes I was drinking several cups a day . I remember reading that it was not good for people with neurological problems or at least you should only do a modest amount and I can honestly say that it did start to trigger a bit of my my myoclonus .

    • @gardensofthegods
      @gardensofthegods 3 роки тому

      Rachel some of the all natural ways of dealing with some of these problems : ashwagandha is very good for giving a person a positive outlook and it also helps you sleep it is also an adaptogen and they claim it grows new brain cells .
      It has been used for thousands of years ... you're supposed to take it with a bit of a protein such as warm milk .
      You can get it very cheaply several ounces for about $5 if you have an Indian Grocers near you .
      And then there is also calamus root , also called Sweet Flag root , and then the Indian Grocers it is called Vaj .
      It is another one that works on the brain I'm having trouble remembering exactly what it does but it also helps the part of the brain for speech problems and can heal stuttering .
      There is an excellent video about internal winds in Chinese ( actually Tibetan ) medicine and how they affect the mind ...it's on the NYISHAR Channel... look for the one about calamus root or Sweet Flag root .
      I would also suggest you haritaki but I would start very very slowly and only a little bit of it first .
      Haritaki is 3 times more oxygen to the blood and brain and is a powerful healer for many things and it cuts off negativity at its root ... you can also get that chiefly at the Indian Grocers or you can help support a monk who I think is living in India ... he's a really cool old dude and last time I looked his channel was simply called HARITAKI .
      ( at one point it was called MEDITATION HOW ... but I think he changed it back to just being called haritaki .)
      When you are on those drugs they fight natural foods and healers for the receptors in your body .
      I just remembered something else about haritaki whatever you are taking whether it is drugs or alcohol it increases their action .... so you would not want to take haritaki with any of that and I know one time it gave me a killer headache when I took it after having a shot of booze .
      can you please tell me what you or the person is diagnosed with that they need to take those harsh drugs ?
