Urusita wewa was not made by a king!! Kings dont make anything people do. There is a cobra head. This means the naga people made it and they predate any Indian kings !!

King Mahanaga is not Indian. He is one of the sons of King Mutasiwa (son of King Pandukabhaya and Swarnapali (who was believed to have a golden coloured body)). One of King Mahanaga's brothers is King Devanapiya.
