I lost count of how many playthroughs I've completed, but somehow it turns into a stealth build every single time. It just fits perfectly.
I keep forgetting about the ghillie suit though until I watch your videos - I'm DEFINITELY crafting one this time.

Exactly how I play it, Insane/nightmare, parkour first for two block portable "bases" and then lot of stealth assassination of undead meat. I love it, great content!
