The Rigid Industries’ Radiance is the perfect solution for those who want Rigid’s legendary quality at a level everyone can attain. www.quadratec.c... www.quadratec.c...
Glad to see you guys doing these videos!! I have actually been researching light bars for my '05 Rubicon...I know You get what you pay for just wish it was easier to see what your paying for Comparison videos would be great. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for doing this. I thought the Radiance's color was always discernible, even if the back-light was off. It appears here it's just a standard black bar until you turn the BL on, which is good.
I wouldn't trust a no-name eBay light bar. My friends who have generic light bars and pods have had to replace them repeatedly. There are plenty of good brands on the market. Each will cost more than the eBay lights, but quality assurance and reliability are worth a lot.
A Rigid, Baja or similar bar will give you outstanding light output. These Chinese companies so often feature average- or low-grade LEDs and unfocused optics.
Considering that under federal law (FMVSS 108) any color other than white or amber to the front are illegal why would Rigid or Quadratec even offer bars with illegal back light coloring?
Can these be useful on dark trail riding in a Razor? There's just no way I can spend $1000 on a Rigid Spot/flood E series so I was looking at these. Otherwise, I'll be forced to go with Black Oak. any help would be appreciated.
I was in the same boat as you. I didn't want to spend a grand but I still wanted a good amount of light when wheeling at night. I have the 50inch rigid radiance light bar on my 2 door jeep jk and it legit lights up the whole street. My friend was three stop signs ahead, and called me saying she knew I just turned it on and off thats how bright it was. This is a great way to get a large amount of light, high quality, and not break the bank!
backlit option is cool but its a flood and will spill all over your hood. They need to put backlit option in one of their high end 50" light bars. My first priority is the optics and looking cool all backlit on the street is secondary.
+Gordy Olson The Radiance bars come in your choice of amber, white, green, blue or red backlighting. You cannot change the color of the backlighting. Simply purchase the bar that is the color you would like.
We have a video coming with the Pods as a third brake light and reverse lights. If you have a pretty good knowledge of wiring, you can do that for sure.
Buy noise weather strips for like 10 bucks at your local auto zone and place the strips on the back of the light bar. Google Light Bar noise on youtube there are a ton of videos on this cheep easy solution.

Is it me, or is the backlighting just AWESOME💪🏼
It is awesome! I have them on my jeep and it looks great. I have the 50" and the 20" on my hood.

the blue one looks awsome!

The back lighting is for offroad use only.

led lights on the bonnet or above the windscreen are illegal in Australia. Police have been defecting vehicles with them fitted.
+fourbypete Here in the states you can have them on the vehicle, but in most of the states you cannot turn them on while driving on public roads.
+Quadratec If Trump doesn't get in to power, I'd like to move there.
How is the light output on the 50 inch, is it anywhere comparable to other 50 inch light bars. Anyway you guys can make a video comparing outputs?
+William Danial sorry missed this one. It's a VERY bright light bar. One of the brightest single rows out there.
are you able to wire the radiance pods to be running lights and turn signals?
We have a video coming with the Pods as a third brake light and reverse lights. If you have a pretty good knowledge of wiring, you can do that for sure.
does these light cause wind noise
+NewYorker05 Any 50" light bar will cause some wind noise.
I am purchasing one of these light bars from your website. What is your recommendation for a noise reduction solution?
Unfortunately, light bars make a bit of noise, and it seems, the bigger the bar the more noise it makes.
Oscar Contreras tilt the angle of the bar down slightly.

do they make a 50 inch led light bar covers?? for single row??
This housing is the same as the rigid e-series. So those covers work.
yes
+Quadratec haha i was looking for this exact answer i just bought one and f****** love it so i need e series light bar cover not sr covers?
Should be the E-series covers.
First comment, first like! Good job Rob and Quadratec team as always.
