I bought the g3 after watching your video years ago. It still sounds fresh to my ears. I think it's the first dist pedal that I found the mid control knob to sound great at any setting...that's pretty rare. Straight into a deluxe reverb was my fave use 👍 really enjoyed the video mate.
Yeah the fact you can use the EQ across the entire range is worth it alone. i wouldn't be surprised if it was designed to be used with a DR given that they're everywhere.
Good Evening dear Leon, You are absolutely amazing guitarist and thank You for all Your incredible work! Subscribed :). If can I ask a question. I think, that You bought This Fender American Ultra II Stratocaster HSS MN SRD, is it right? I have this same model reserved in music store and still don´t know, if buy it. It´s the best sounding universal machine I ever played for now. Is it right, that volume knob on this guitar has a small dead zone and small klick (sound) on starting volume scrolling up from zero? I really need to know please. Have A nice day. Your big fan AIKA
My only experience with Revv is the Fractal models. I love the purple channel. The G3 has that same tone. They have a great sound that’s not quite like anyone else.
A good overdrive like this compresses the signal at the front end just enough to let you really open the amp up without burning down the building it's in. Cranking a tube amp and trying to get gain like you can get with an overdrive is a recipe for disaster. You can't really play with an amp like that it just becomes impossible. Eddie Van Halen was basically the only person in history who could play a wall of Dimed Marshalls and make it sound good with a variac. Using an overdrive lets us get there at moderate stage volume and it seems to work perfectly.
The dynamic responsiveness of these pedals is frankly awesome.
It's like they crammed real amps in there

I own all 3 of the G Series pedals. They are incredible!!
I got g4 anniversary few days ago and tested mostly only Red Aggression.
btw, for rhytms Blue channel are beast? how you like it?
I’m so, so digging the strat.
I got excited just reading distortion on the thumbnail 😂 both sound friggin brutal 🤘 but I think I dig the red one if I could only buy one.
Yeah they both have a really killer tone!
Cool video and cool pedals...
hi! this is a ringing sound at the end indicates that the pedals sound like a tube amp?
I’m Canadian. 🤷🏻♂️ I have lots of guitars. And a Mesa MK IV. Which one should I get. ? Also getting the G8 if that helps 🧐😆🤔

Seems pretty normal on mine. It does "click" into max position though which probably means it's a no load pot

It sounds a lot like the purple mode on the Revv G50 too, so fun
G3 for me all day, everyday!
I just received my G3 today. Can’t wait to take it to rehearsal on Saturday!
G3! gain for days
Toanz for daze!
How many ways can you get an op-amp or mosfet’s to hard clip? Sounds like crap imo. NOTHING beats a tube amp!!!
