Can you tell me what the adverts are in this program as I fell to sleep and want to know what's been put in my head whilst not consciously knowing. I really don't agree with adverts in hypnosis programs, it should be illegal. I have only just found out after reading the blumph you have On here
I personally assure you are no adverts within the hypnosis ❤ that would not be ethical, I do work with select companies such as do not age, however it is very clear where I am promoting a product and and adverts would not be in the main hypnosis narrative, thanks for raising a good point and I hope my assurances have put your mind as ease xx
@@tomtansyforrest1823 Thanks for clearing that up. But the narrative suggests that there are ads. Ie. "my most recent UA-cam uploads without the introduction and most importantly ad free and much more over time!" the thing is if I fall to sleep and my machine is still running my ear buds will pick things up even if it is not an as during the hypnosis. By the way great choice of suppliment shop I use Donotage as well.

Ms. Forrest, thank you for your help, kindness, work & thoughtfulness with such, etc.!! I would like to know, also, please.... what ARE the ads?? I USUALLY wake up when an ad starts or even if music, etc. stops playing & nothing else plays. Sometimes it takes me a bit linger to snap to consciousness, but it's usually abrupt & makes it tough to get back to sleep. I haven't played this particular, posted video, yet, but have used 1 from ?years? ago that you made. It HAS helped some with cutting back on unhealthy snacks & curb getting the munchies really bad. I have some health issues that make it tough to deal with the "repercussions" of eating a decent amount, etc. (uric acid spikes, G.E.R.D. & related issues, gout & several other issues, including type-2 diabetes). It's tough keeping in-check part of these, but it's taken quite a while to figure out stuff like the u.a. spikes, even without a gout flare-up. I often chew gum to help curb the munchies though while try to figure out which nutrients, etc. my system needs, rather than just grabbing a snack, especially if I'm out running errands & on a tight timeline between lunch & it being closer to the time that I have to take p.m. meds & they'd help more. Thank you for your help, kindness, thoughtfulness & efforts with such!! I usually stay calm with your videos, or if I'm anxious / have an outside trigger for anxiety, your videos help & are soothing. I really do appreciate you, your helpfulness, kindness & efforts, etc. Blessings, love & prayers for everyone, ALWAYS!! 😁🤗♥️❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️

What I'm going to do differently this week is to eat more watermelons!!!
Well I hope this helps because I just got my annual labs and they're not good, post salpingo oophorectomy. I don't like seafood or vegetables so just cutting out things I love like potatoes, chocolate, peanut butter, etc is gonna be really hard. But I hope to find some healthier foods to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides that I like and can easily prepare. I also am not a big fruit eater. I listened to this 3 night in a row and then forgot last night but I'm going to attempt to finish out the month

It’s unfortunate that there are many similarities to David McGraw’s Hypnosis to weight loss videos. Especially the future self reference. That turned me off of this video.
