- The plaintiff says the defendants are two of her sisters. She claims one began dating her ex, who then approached the plaintiff to have an affair. She claims both sisters sent threatening texts and one attacked her, so she’s suing. The defendants claim the plaintiff instigated the fight. They’re countersuing for harassment and defamation.
