@@death2Chamelion thanks ill definitely heed that warning because I nearly lost hearing in my left ear from it too im no longer gonna do it and the ringing is mostly gone now just a ever so small amount but I have high blood pressure so that could be the cause
Thanks for this upload. I've had tinnitus for about 8 months, acquired suddenly from attending a loud rock concert. Sadly, one of my fave bands (and/or their soundman) has seriously damaged my hearing ("Thanks"...). Instead of getting better over time, the ringing has gotten worse, causing me more anxiety. Today, I belatedly started trying out white noise masking to try to address tinnitus. I was skeptical it would do much, but happily, it's working far better than I imagined! White noise audio can make me be mostly unaware of my tinnitus now instead of being tormented by an obnoxious sound that doesn't go away. White noise works far better than music to distract from the ringing. I can play music at moderate volume and still be well aware of my ears ringing. I love being near or on water and love the sound of waterfalls and white water rivers and creeks. And this waterfall audio seems to have a range of white noise frequencies that works to treat my tinnitus. And it has the most pleasant sound I've yet heard from white noise audio files that can help my tinnitus. Many thanks.
Thankfully, I can become virtually unaware of the ear-ringing sound, temporarily, while this white noise is playing on my computer speakers. Some other natural water sound recordings (of waterfalls, rain, etc.) don't, on their own, work quite as well as this upload. But I still like to listen to some other sounds for variety, and I find I can make others work as well as this one simply by augmenting them by simultaneously playing a second audio file of one of those artificial white noise audio files created by some audio software that are also findable online. Plus I'll sometimes play an artificial white noise file at low volume while listening to music, so I'm less aware of, or unaware of, the ringing while enjoying music.
@@goldzemia1995 It's getting close to 3 years on and the tinnitus persists. Within the first year, it worsened slightly. It was barely noticeable in the right ear at first, but became slightly more apparent in the right ear with time. The left is the most affected. After the first year, the ringing neither worsened nor lessened. I expect it's likely permanent. What has lessened with time is the anxiety and irritation from it. I've become more accustomed to hearing the ringing without feeling as stressed about it as before. It's still a source of some irritation at times, but I rarely even bother with using white noise treatment anymore despite the fact white noise does an excellent job of masking the ringing so one is unaware of it. That proves I no longer feel nearly as irritated by the ringing as before, although it's as loud sounding as ever. I've gotten more used to it, apparently. Btw, I found the most effective white noise treatment for me was to have two sounds playing simultaneously. I'd play an audio track of electronic white noise "hiss" with one media player, plus a track of natural white noise such as a waterfall on another player on my laptop. The two sounds together worked perfectly, better than just one alone.

So happy people are finding out that this specific sound is helping them as well as it's helping me. I, like many of you, was skepticle until I fell asleep while listening, so it played through the entire download. My tennitis began in the mid to late 70's and continued to worsen as time went by. Mine got really bad after going to a rock concert and standing literally 2 feet from a humungeous speaker during the entire show. I went outside after the show and absolutely could not hear cars going by me while standing on the curb. My tennitus is slowly getting better but a hearing specialist told me that I should use ear phones to listen to the "white noise" for 8 hours a day for a year. I just can't do that but...I try to listen at every opportunity I get. Going to bed and turning on this white noise allows me to fall asleep much better than before. On the plus side, it continues to work on the desease even while sleeping.
I'm a light sleeper and I've slept with earplugs for years. When my tinnitus started after a tooth infection, earplugs made it worse but I couldn't sleep without them either. I was sleeping 3 hours a day. I bought a bluetooth sleeping headband that allows you to use earplugs underneath, I'm finally able to sleep! My ears having been ringing for a week now. The anxiety from it is debilitating. I feel like I can’t cope with anything. Trivial stuff produces anxiety. I hope and pray the ringing is temporary. I am a strong person, but the anxiety as a result of the ringing makes me want to crawl out of my body. Does anyone else have this anxiety?
I'm going through the same thing right now. I'm 27 years old. I'll go through various exams in order to determine if my tinnitus is due to hearing loss or if it's stress related. I'll have to wait until February 25 though. Meanwhile, I'm a mess of nerves. I try to remain positive because there are moments in which the ringing does go away entirely when I relax, but it becomes worse as soon as I stress out. All I can do right now is have a positive outlook. It is the only thing that will work for me. I recommend playing the Pollyanna 'glad game'. For example, I tell myself that I'm glad that despite my tinnitus, my overall health is perfect. I know that breaking the vicious cycle of anxiety is really tough, but it is the only thing you can do right know, because there is nothing worst for tinnitus than anxiety. My biggest fear is, what if it's permanent? what if it gets worse over time? I'm currently drinking camomile tea and valerian drops in order to cope with the anxiety and I'm doing my best to get distracted, to be happy with what I have and remain positive. I hope it will get better for both of us :)

Thanks and god bless you!

Mariana Pachón we both need prayers, hope and a positive attitude! I am trying to be positive, but I must say I waffle a lot! All my best to you. Please post and update here and I will too!
@@Nikaroooo I will :) Best of lucks
@@Nikaroooo How are you doing? I've started feeling pressure in my ears as well. The ringing has decreased noticeably though. I can now mask it with noise. I'm anxious about the pressure and I'm scared that the ringing might return.
Mariana Pachón I Hope it doesn’t return. My ringing varies in intensity. Some days I am okay and feel hopeful. Good luck to us both! 😘
Perfect for relaxing after a long workday, thanks for sharing!

I just found this...I needed relief last night the ringing was soooo loud it made me sick to my stomach. I thought vertigo was getting ready to set in, but thank goodness that did not happen. This helped me so much so, I was finally able to go to sleep, still listening to it.
Has anyone noticed if eating certain foods make the ringing worst??? I know our bodies are all different, but I was just wondering if there is a food connection when the ringing gets worst. Thanks.
Yes they told me the same thing watch what I eat but I ride bicycle everyday 30 to 40 miles everyday and it's getting worse I get so hungry and I eat anything so it's not going to get any better for me if I keep doing that how loud is yours is Stephanie it's pretty loud are you taking any anti-anxiety medicine for it?
I can't say for anyone else, but for me, yes. Food has an effect. I can't eat too much salt, coffee and processed food. It also gets worse around raining time.
@@_Dynamight_ I will be slowly eliminating the salt, and coffee for sure, I try not to eat to much processed foods but the salt and coffee...oh boy!!! Thanks for responding🤗
@@stephaniew2828 lol yeah, it's kinda hard to eat those things less. But it's not a bad thing to avoid them.
The good thing about this condition is, it makes you eat healthier. It's compulsory for me though. The effect afterwards are horrible.

idk if its cause im concentrating to much on the ringing in ears but i can still hear it, it's just toned down a bit. how can i fix this. -__- cause it only happens when i concetrate or think about the ringing like ill tone it out time from time and forget about it but it seems to always be there. :[
How long have u been dealing with this
@@fredparker3422 idk seems like awhile cause I thought it was normal for ppls ears to have that high tone
Oh, I forgot to mention, the rock band was out of Chicago. They were called "Off Broadway". Listen to some of their music if you get a chance. The song "Stay In Time" was one of my favorites. A great rock band that should have gotten really popular around the country in the mid 70's but they had a terrible manager who did not know how to promote them. Too bad! They could have gone a long way.
I just got out of a party and this just saved me felt like my head was about to blow up 😮💨🔥🙏
Very good Tinnitus masker sounds , thanks a lot .
Music any kind of loud anoying music gives me a headache it's anoying there's nothing like piece and quiet just birds or water sounds are relaxing like this it kills me when people put anoying music in a nice relaxing vidio like this and mess it up. This vidio is great relaxing thanks
I've been looking for some sounds to use since my tinnitus spiked a couple of months ago. This video has been very beneficial when I've been working today. Playing it on my headphones in the background even when I'm on a Zoom call has made the day go much better. Good work!

Estou tomando: gingko biloba 80mg 3xdia, zinco (unizinco), vitamina b, ferro (noripurum-mastigável). Estou fazendo também acupuntura. Estou bem melhor. Acho que o efeito é dos medicamentos. Faço acupuntura porque já paguei 10 sessões, mas melhorei mesmo depois da medicação. Tome os 3 primeiros e você verá a diferença;

I tried this for my tinnitus and it just gets louder, it’s horrible. After a certain amount of time I feel like passing out p, what should I do?
I've been listening for 5 minutes and I need to pee🤣
Really? I thought that was just a meme from old cartoons, that you can make someone have to go to the bathroom with the sound of running water, not that it would actually work on someone (it certainly never did a thing to me). It doesn't even sound identifiably as water though, it's just white noise.
@@medexamtoolscom open up your sink fountain and let it run for a while, and you will feel the urge to pee. This is a trick they use at old age homes!

I think I have the same thing ☹️ my doctor keeps denying it but it sucks.

I’m 16 and recently developed ringing/buzzing in my ear and I’m not sure if it was caused by me listening to music to loud. Or if it’s ear wax build or or something else
Go get your ears checked by a doctor

What ever you do is don’t put everything in your ear
And avoid anything loud

Be cool if you could get a mic under or behind for some low end :)
When I travel again I'll create some videos like this :)
The ringing has been so loud the last week I've been losing my mind but the doctors found something in my head on the mri and really hope it calms it down some
Hope it goes well for you man, suffering myself and near losing my mind these past few days
Me too, that’s why I searched and found this video/sound. Have found nothing to erradicate the ringing. Only this vid.
The doctor said I had a acoustic neuroma from a MRI.
I had to go back and have a die contrast and they found nothing.
I have a dog whistle in one ear and a humming in the other.
I’ve been everywhere trying to solve the problem but I’ve given up.

Try listening to it at the lowest possible volume, but where it still masks the T. Could be that you have it too loud. Also avoid using ear buds/headphones if possible.
