I’m 38. I’ve been stabbed. I’ve been shot at and grazed with a bullet. Ive been shot at and hit with rock salt from a shotgun. I’ve been beaten bloody. Eye socket and cheek bone pulverized. Broken nose 4x. Multiple broken toes and fingers and bottom of foot. Whiplash and back injuries from 2 high speed rear end accidents and 1 t-bone. Miscarried twice with 13-15 week fetuses at home, alone, with no medication. Attacked by 3 separate ground Yellowjacket nests with a grand total of 97 stings, one attack leaving me with 54 stings from my scalp to my fingertips to my big toe. Two horizontally impacted wisdom teeth, both almost 1/2 inch below my gumline and the anesthesia wore off about halfway through the surgery, but I couldn’t move or talk. And NOTHING…and I mean NOTHING…was close to the pain level I felt 3 months ago in the middle of the night from a surprise severe gas attack. Woke up SCREAMING and sweating and shaking. Felt like I’d been gut-shot. It was so insanely sharp and intense it was horrific. I legitimately thought my stomach had exploded and I was in the final moments of life, writhing in my bed in agony. My husband was panicking and called 911. He was crying. He grew up in a dangerous city and was in the MS-13 gang before his parents saved his life by forcibly moving to a quiet town in PA…I had never seen that man cry or be afraid of anything in his entire life. As the paramedics were pulling into the driveway, I let out a series of incredibly painful, strong and loud farts. I didn’t know farts could STING your ass from the force of coming out 😅 And as the paramedics were running down the steps to our bedroom…immediate relief washed over me. It was gone. Done. No more pain. No more agony. No more sweating and shaking. My pillows and sheet were drenched. My small dog was literally screaming and crying in fear (not barking or whimpering, she legitimately sounded like a human baby screaming for its life). It was over. And the EMT’s didn’t even laugh at me. No jokes, no smirks. They said severe gas can be one of the most painful things on earth. More than giving natural birth or passing kidney stones. I was so exhausted from it all that I had to take the next day off and just recuperate lol.
I've had this happen. But one unfortunate time I mistook gas pain for a literal busted ovarian cyst. Something told me to just go to the emergency room and have someone check it out. I will normally feel them in my pelvic area. Well, it turned out my body didn't like depo and I developed cysts on my ovaries bc of the hormones. I remember hobbling in pain as I was running errands with my fiance and mother in law when I felt the pain in my pelvis.
22:59 know very well what that is like. Multiple times I got the belt buckle before the age of 12. I was then sent to school in shorts so everyone could see rectangular bruises with a somewhat central puncture, that had blood. Father did this so everyone could see how apparently naughty I was, and deserved what I got. I'm now 54, and was diagnosed as high functioning autistic at age 51. I'm functional and been living by myself for 18 years and maintained various jobs, including one involving up to 6 weeks travel away from home. Never been married nor had kids due to the abuse sustained and the threats from a mother diagnosed as bipolar and a psychopath. She tried ending my life for decades. Told me about her intentions for any kids I had as well. Last time she had her hands around my throat, was Xmas 2009. 2010 I had enough of the games and abuse from the family then left them all behind. Only since then have I had some semblance of peace. I still have scars from the belt buckle on my legs as well. I'll never see that family ever again and will not go to any funerals nor will they know about mine. I hate them.
When I was a teen I had a relationship with another girl while trying to figure out my sexuality and I told my mom that I think I'm bi. I asked her not to tell my dad as I was unsure of his stance on LGBTQ+ stuff, and when one of my sister's friends told my now bf and he brought it up to me I denied that it ever happened. My mom happened to be in the room, but never called me out for lying despite her insistence on always being honest. She's also covered for me on other stuff before. Mom's an MVP
@@meyeneetuks4680 Would you like to be outed? Especially if you're not sure the people around you will take it well? It's one thing if the person is cheating, but not this case. Amayawolf was just being *cautious.*
@@user-fg4tn8ot6b It's fine being cautious. There's lots of times in life when that's probably the best. But if you can't even be open about this with your bf... you have other issues. If the bf wouldn't accept her because of that then the relationship is going to encounter *major* issues down the line. This is a basic matter of communication and respect for other people's autonomy. If he can't handle that gtfo out of that relationship. Ive found out through trial and error that despite trying to "not be annoying/pick my battles/wait for the right time" etc. with issues like these, honesty is *by far* the best approach. Either you get rejected early and you didn't waste your time, or you don't have to keep parts of yourself hidden anymore just to not appear "weird" or something.
We once took my dog into the emergency vet because his stomach was extremely distended, he was in terrible pain, and was lying in his own urine because he couldn't move. Turned out all of my poor dog's misery was also caused by gas. It was so scary though, so don't feel bad at all about your $15,000 fart.
Went to hangout with my friend who was also my ex. We were chilling and it was like 5am. I remember laying in the bed still as a board and next thing I know, this dude's beating his meat right next to me. I just remembered hearing shuffling of bed sheets and I glace over and he the movement of his hand. Never said a word and looked back at the ceiling. Never said anything about it. Pretty sure he thought I was asleep as it was hella late at night. It was the most awkward walk home I had. Also I can relate to the gas pain issue. When I have gas pains, I'll feel them in my pelvis. I'll immediately freak out thinking I have endometriosis or something wrong with my uterus. Well, this one time I mistook gas pain for a full blown ovarian cyst rupture. I remember going to run errands with my fiance and his mom. Suddenly I lurched forward in the most excruciating pain. I ran outside to see if I could pass the gas but nada. I decided to call my grandma and tell her I need to go to the emergency room because I'm having bad cramps. Well, they took an ultrasound and found I had a busted ovarian cyst. It was caused by the depo shot I used for birth control. I was lucky I was young enough to still qualify for insurance or else I'd be in debt forever. We went to an imaging place and they did the whole camera wand thing inside me. They confirmed a ruptured cyst but I was extremely lucky it was a small one. They suggested I go back on the pill. So at my follow up, I was diagnosed with PCOS only to be later told I don't have it...
I see other people with similar comments. I’ve had an inflamed gallbladder. I’ve fractured many bones after an intense seizure in the shower. I’ve had a type of heart infection that most people claim feel like a heart attack. Nothing has compared to gas pain. I’ve been to the hospital twice thinking I was dying. Nope. Just gas.
Me and my mom was in the bathroom together and we was talking and I sat on the sink and I broke it my fat self broke the only bathroom sink. People was asking around what happened to the sink because it started a flood me and my mom acted shocked and acted like I didn't brake it. This happened at a Thanksgiving dinner even the school was hosting

Please don't mistake what I'm about to say as downplaying everything else but... rock salt? I thought that trend went out in the 1960's?
