Godzilla in a City High Poly Model [Blender-to-UE4 Test!]

- Hey guys, here's another 3D Animation test I did a couple weeks ago! I was testing out the new Godzilla (2021) 3D Model by the INCREDIBLE MrMisterEdits (www.deviantart... and www.youtube.co..., some Brushify packs from the Unreal Marketplace by Joe Garth, and just testing out exporting from Blender to Unreal Engine 4!
Another thing I tested out was Images as Planes/ Green Screen elements composited into a shot from Blender to UE4. It's so hard to do it in UE4 and it's basically impossible, but if you have the same shot in Blender with the same camera dimensions and frame-rate and you export to UE4, you can add as many elements as you want in your scene in Blender and render out those frames transparently, render the foreground elements in UE4 on a transparent layer, and then in AfterEffects you compile it all together! What I did was render the ENTIRE finished exported scene in UE4, rendered the transparent mid-ground smoke elements in Blender (with matched lighting), and then in UE4 I rendered the foreground elements with transparency (whatever is in front of the smoke elements). But I noticed in both my last video and in this one I had an issue where the transparent foreground elements for some reason were rendering differently in terms of lighting and saturation. So in AfterEffects, what I did was duplicate the original background layer where everything in UE4 was rendered, and I used the transparent foreground layer to MASK the original layer, and that way the original rendered scene has the same consistency in color tones and lighting!

Godzilla's design from the 2019 and 2021 films is my favorite design.
I wish it had also been used for the 2014 film too.

Well in order to handle Kong I'd need to master fur. I have a few test shots I did of Kong, and AdrianParkinson released an INCREDIBLE Kong model which I highly recommend checking out! I want to do a couple tests with him after my IDW Recreations are out
