I really didn't know how to do a proper push-up despite occasionally taking the time to do them. Thank you Jeremy! Earned a like and subscribe :D
Best Push-Up on youtube! Thanks
Screwing your hands outward is thee most helpful tip I've ever received for pushups. I have some uneven shoulders and this helps a ton to get it right
The first comment on Jeremy! You always on point👌

Straight to the point, evidence based. The best video about push-ups I’ve ever seen. Thank you.
Just when I needed this the most. Btw could you do a video about a home exercise programme for building biceps?
I like more trainers like this man who studies and examines
Excellent video - tons of info!! Love doing push-ups, I am currently on my 6th week challenge and I can really see the benefits.
How many sets and reps did you do?
I've seen a lot of videos but this guy has a pretty visual and detailed way to explain the movements which it makes it easier to understand. Thanks
The detail is unreal and so beneficial
the best video of this topic. period.
Me: I don't think I make mistakes, they are literally push-ups, pretty stupid to make mistakes
He: *proceeds to describe my push-ups*
Thanks Jeremy. You imo pay the most attention to detail with your workout videos on UA-cam as they are containing graphs information statistics etc. Its more encouraging for the viewer when they know ur workouts are backed up by evidence and research.
Pat yourself on the back bro.
I will now work my chest more but also mix it up for wider area range results. Ive done push ups every day since last summer wish I'd seen this earlier for better form. But come 2mo il be perfecting form thanks to you.

I could not do any pushups.....i started from my knees to do pushups and after a month tried to do pushups with my feet....now i can do something that i thought i could never do.
That's awesome
Nice. I used to be the same way, my next goal is to get 25-30 pushups without fail. Wishing you luck.
1 month ago it was hard for me to do 3 simple push ups. And now i can do 20 without any problems, i'm still challenging myself my next target in the next 6 months is to do 70/100 push ups without fails. Good luck 🤞
I also did the same thing.. Started with knee push ups 🙂
