Thanks I needed this. I was busted up after my first game 😂 haven’t gamed in like 25 years and thought my distance running would have saved me. Wrong I was!

Excellent video how long do you spend on each stretch & are you doing all of these at full speed? I guess the forward and backwards run are sprints, ive seen guys with the trainer attached with a bungee chord to add resistance..
What about stretching the calves?
How many reps and sets do you recommend?
Probably 1 set for each and reps between 8-12
