I remember recently there was a scary lady with wavy black hair who was wearing hospital scrubs who came up and punched me in the nose really hard (leaving me disfigured with breathing problems and sleep apnea) and then instead of saying she’s sorry she pulled out a knife and started screaming about killing me because I ruined her life. Excellent video how long do you spend on each stretch & are you doing all of these at full speed? I guess the forward and backwards run are sprints, ive seen guys with the trainer attached with a bungee chord to add resistance..
