    Just to clarify, at 8:58, that was hair that was falling BEFORE shampoo usage, after I started using shampoo, I can now run my fingers through my hair happily, and nothing has been falling

    Very well put video. I was losing around 30 to 50 hairs per shower and took action instantly, Oral Finasteride + Oral Minoxidil fixed this completely for me, at least so far. Do your own research, as all prescribed drugs they come with serious potential side effects, plus this is a life long treatment. I will be also trying Dermapen once or twice a week when I reach my first year of treatment.

      oral intake has been more effective for me too, applying the oils yourself comes with a bunch of problems. Thank you for leaving a good comment, this will help others if they read it

    I understand the feeling of hair thinning & losing thousands of hairs, it’s so frustrating because stressing about it causes more hair loss, & it’s scary to even wash it cause more hair will fall out. My hair is growing normally now after eating enough nutrients as before I didn’t eat enough. I’m praying for you tho🙏

      I thought the same thing, this guy at least looks good bald and his head shape is good from other videos that I've seen but bro personally I got a dorito shaped head so this kinda stresses me out more... but IG none wants to be bald unwillingly

      ps. my condolensces about the dorito head but at least your hair is kinda healthy from what you've shown me bro 😭

      That won't do any good long-term without a 5-AR blocker like Dutasteride. The source of male hairloss is your follicles being prone to minatutization when DHT (a byproduct of testosterone ) binds to the follicles.

      the initial phase is the worst but it gets less bad. In the first place however, shampoo is something very useful so we don't need to avoid it, we just need to avoid the bad components most of them have. Bro I'd recommend using shampoo tbh, if you just want healthier one, check out a video I made where I tell you all the shit that's on it, it is linked within this video's description

    the hair at 5:40 you say came from trying to clean the scalp with only hot water, did you find a solution?

    • @Lazarus0048
      @Lazarus0048  5 днів тому

      yeah, either shampooing if you don't mind using it, and cleansing through well or simply spending a looooooooooong time in the shower under warm water, until you've gently cleaned it through. after this long wash simply don't let the dirt/grease accumulate on your scalp and clean it regularly. don't let the grease remain on the strands or anything

    I had my own similar battles with my hair. tried often washing, tried not washing through the whole week. tried different shampoo and conditioner, tried ones for hair grow and preventing hairloss, some with just natural oils. My hair gets greasy after 3 days, less now since it's winter but in summer I have to shower every third day at least. I workout 4 times per week + other physical activities. I was mostly scared to see when showering how many hair I lost. My whole hands were covered in hair.
    Now I do use some tonic for preventing hairloss and shampoo it twice when washing my hair that has some ingredients for better scalp and hair. I can definitely see less hair falling and I also just kinda accepted it that this is natural, nothing I can do about it, it's going to fall out. So maybe even less stress could be helpful? Idk but thank you for the video, I em obviously not very confident about my hair but I found something that works I guess and I hope everyone else will find something to tackle this problem

      that's exactly right brother, tomorrow actually, I make release another video on this topic talking about that, that everyone has their own ways of dealing with it. people online, hair gurus, like to preach about what they use as if it was the only solution but it takes a whole bunch of playing around as you and I have done. thanks for the comment!
