    On the last trip I had I definitely reached the understanding that we are all the same and the only difference between us is our DNA and experiences, but when you take that away we are all one at our core. However, I also learned that we are all connected as well, so next time you trip with someone else you might notice that you can literally read and feel their energy and it just reinforces the idea that we're wayyyyyy more than our physical bodies and there are other ways to communicate than just words and language.

      I did a 3g trip yesterday and it was my first time with psychedelics i Felt the exact same thing as you did having my ego death. I literally felt connected to everyone else in the world and I felt a certain burst of love and empathy. That is still with me even though I completely came down. I'm totally convinced psilocybin is really a miracle drug. This was definitely a life-changing experience.

      I feel like I feel connect to people more times often than not if I allow myself.. I feel their energy, hear their thoughts , and sometimes it's very overwhelming and painful - I work in Healthcare. But most often it's helpful . It really is beautiful more often than not....but I am so curious as to what a mushroom trip would enhance in my own human experience . Thanks for sharing this "Andrew".

    I had a similar experience but was from almost dying. My heart stopped and I went to the other side. It was a short time but felt like an eternity! Luckily I came back and recovered. Too many things happened to mention in this comment. We definitely would need to sit and go through it! The main correlation is that time does not end. I was transported to another place with fog, shimmering beautiful light, and a release of all pain. But I was not over and time did not end!! And incredibly I was sent back to my body and my heart Started up again! So here I am 23 years later and strong as ever (and not scared of dying)! If we ever meet in person I will tell you the entire experience! It changed my life!

    Man the first real mushroom trip I had gave me this exact same realization. Everything you just said in this video I completely understood at the time of my realization. Except for me it was this complex floating entity that morphed and changed was basically telepathically feeding me the ideas and realizations that this never ends, we are all one true being living different experiences in different temporary consciousnesses. And of course, time is a very human construct.

  • @ganjjabarsmedium2347
    @ganjjabarsmedium2347 2 роки тому +2

    I love your observation that our beliefs and conceptions of what's "real" or spiritual shapes what you see during the trip. People like to project that they seen beyond themselves, when in reality they are just seeing a part of themselves

  • @JonnyHavens
    @JonnyHavens 6 місяців тому

    I did 3g today and had this exact same feeling, you put it into words better than I. I was trying to describing to my friend that I realized that the "cavern" or "labyrinth" I found myself in was actually just "me". I was engulfed in my psyche. It felt all-encompassing and vast, neverending. And that's when I realized just how deep "me" really goes. When I had that realization, I got spooked and spent the rest of the trip trying to return back to the surface. After the experience, I'm more grateful than ever for my ego to filter things into a nice clean "reality" for me. I also appreciate how you didn't mention the visuals. They're fun and pretty when you're looking at them on a computer screen but when they're unyielding, and you feel like they might be representations of the fundamental building blocks of reality itself, it gets overwhelming.

      Psychedelics are the reason why i didn’t take my life when i was at my end. I was stripped of my ego and saw the beauty of life and interconnectivity and even though i still battle anxiety and depression, I’m doing better everyday and will never think in such a self destructive way again.

      LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself
      This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

    Relative perception is a huge thing!
    Westerners think that people with different views on life are unhappy because they don't have Starbucks and a iPhone.

    • @enochthewitness719
      @enochthewitness719 2 роки тому +1

      Westerners always get a bad wrap, and its also inaccurate to label humans by global hemisphere, as that doesnt denot their real attributes. Actually westerners make up alot of the people who spiritually woke up over the last hundred years or so of entheogen use expansion. having been to dubai, to oceanic asia etc. I can say people over there are even more obsessed with having phones and social media etc than the west. Hence tik tok , bigo etc. Humans like to be materialistic. The west advanced with technology and industry and such faster than the rest of the world in a sense, so thats why westerners encountered the issues that come with technology first, and others onlooking judge them. But when the same advancement came to those other nations, they call acted the same to each their own. So its not your hemisphere but your cultures point on the line of progress etc

    I had a similar experience on my last trip. Asking what I called my higher self if my boyfriend was there and if they were together and the answer was that he was there but they did not have relationships like we do. That they would collaborate for us (the human us). Rather than it making me sad it made me understand why we are in this form here to have these experiences. Because they cannot be had the same on other planes.
    I also asked how manifestation works and I/me answered and said basically once you decide you want something they (higher selves) rarely intervene and they’re not exactly watching us but will coordinate to make things happen for us. My only way to understand what this means is we have a link to them through our emotions or desires or consciousness and they some how help us but it’s also not super important to them. It’s hard to describe. So I appreciate you trying also.

    I met "God" on a 5g heroes dose. It was beyond words ❤
    I refer to IT as Source/Spirit/Universe/God/etc. It basically let me know it doesn't really care what we call it, it's just a label. KNOWING it matters most.
    It showed up as a huge ball of light in the vastness of nothing. Bright white golden rays of light were surrounding me, drawing me closer. As I got closer I was overwhelmed by every beautiful feeling and emotion.
    I had no body, but I could see everything and feel everything.
    I was asking in my consciousness, What are you?
    It answered, "I AM.....Unconditional Love."

    I had a spontaneous experience in my early 20's (I am now 55). I felt tired even though I had woken up a few hours earlier and I sat on my sofa and within a few moments a circle of about 3 feet in diameter with a symbol in it appeared on my wall and made a single thump. The symbol was no language I have ever seen, I could only describe it as alien in nature. It was followed by another symbol and another thump, and then another and the frequency increased and so did the thumping which I could feel on my body as a hum and the symbols were now a blur because they were changing so fast. Suddenly it stopped and when it did I saw a flock of white birds as if looking at them from a distance, very small and very fluid movements yet slowly flying across my field of view within a few inches of my eyes. I should mention that when I saw the symbols I tried to stand up but I could only move my eyes and I could see my keys on the table where I left them and I knew I was awake. When the birds flew off and I could no longer see them I suddenly saw deer laying around me, looking at me in a peaceful and gentle manner, appearing and disappearing all around me. Again, I tried to stand, and although I struggled, I was finally able to stand up as a few of the deer faded away. I was left with the feeling that I was a part of everything and everything was me and I was infinite and eternal. I only tried very small amounts of mushrooms only recently, and it made me feel like a kid. Back and knee pains were gone. I took my kids bike and rode it to the neighborhood I grew up in, I stopped riding bikes many years ago! I went to the handball courts like I did when I was 17 and I played a few games and talked to people. I felt amazing! Now I want to up the dosage but with all the terrible things happening with things being laced with Fentanyl I am afraid to buy it even though I knew I will likely be fine, but just I cannot risk not being here for my family, so hopefully I can go somewhere in the USA where it can be legally purchased or I can grow my own.

    The name that can be named is not the eternal name.
    The nameless is the beginning of heaven and earth.
    The named is the mother of ten thousand things.
    Ever desireless, one can see the mystery.
    Ever desiring, one can see the manifestations.
    These two spring from the same source but differ in name;
    this appears as darkness.
    Darkness within darkness.
    The gate to all mystery.”

    Nice trip report. The interesting thing is that this self deceptive illusion of existence is a necessary part of existing infinitely. The illusions are infinite manifestations of awareness existing. It's truly spectacular and mind-blowing - an infinite cosmic joke in the best way possible.

    Thank you for sharing this understanding/experience. During a meditation, I’ve also experienced a knowing similar to what you describe: there is only consciousness-awareness and the now, and empty nothing-everything is all we’ve (I’ve) ever been. My experience was spectacularly ordinary as it is what we all are and ever have been and will be, yet from the point of view of the “relative” individual self that I thought I was (and that doesn’t actually exist), it was profound and life-changing. And what followed was a lot of laughter because the habitual mind was still operating at the level of the illusiory separate self and its thoughts were hilarious and ridiculous. And a deep sense of peace came as well. After that came a roller-coaster ride of believing in the separate self alternating with knowing myself as vast, spacious awareness. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter because we can’t NOT be what we truly are, the Knowingness, but when we know we are that Awareness then suffering ends.
    The great teachers of nonduality I listen to are a wonderful help in this regard ~ Rupert Spira, Joan Tollifson, Francis Lucille, Adyashanti, Mooji, Gangaji…and many more. Cilocybin mushrooms (and psychedelics) are a wonderful gift toward bringing humanity to this understanding quickly and directly and has been responsible for awakening many people to True Nature. I’m seeking a source of mushrooms to experiment with this, combining it with meditation. Again, thank you for sharing this.

    I was confronted with a profound love that was the essence of God and I desperately collapsed into love. Literally the world around me was a tapestry of life and the music I was hearing was a symphony of all. This was off of 2.5 g. I also havnt done shrooms since 2008 after a horrible trip on 4g. I did this last Monday. It is one of the most outstanding moments I ever had in life. I also asked what is the point to life as well… the voice in my head answering was literally the voice of a man from India “the point to life is there is no point.. it just is”.

    Some of these insights and understandings that you describe are products of a detached “above the fray” perspective that does not map well to our experience of everyday life. On the topic of suffering, for example, if I have just been in an auto accident and I am bleeding out from my injuries, I cannot conjure away the pain of the situation by reminding myself that I am “too steeped in dualism” or that life should not be taken so seriously.

    @Andrew thank you so much for sharing your story. When you was describing the meaning of being here, you was completely right, it is just an experience of ourself and ourself is so interesting and amazing so we need millions of those experiences to understand who we really are. But it is one ingredient that makes this experience even much interesting and profound and it is a deep consciousness to feel the experience with all your soul and heart. To feel the deep experience without any substance is the key, to develop this sensitivity is the key and when we are able to feel this beat of life with all the flavours and colours, then our experience is something magic and we don’t have more questions rather than trying to maximise this experience of being god and being love. ❤️ Saying that, I’m writing to myself 😄 not to you now.

    Cool trip report bro and I totally get you on all those aspects you brought up. I haven't done psychedelics in quite a while, but have been really wanting to do a heavy dose of 5 Meo DMT. I live in tucson, AZ and we have the Sonoran toads here. I was able to get one, but it was fairly young and didn't produce much venom. I smoked what I got out of it and only got up to the edge of something, not really to the point of breakthrough. So I'm hoping now that we're in the monsoon season I might come across an older one that I can carefully Harvest some Venom from and release. I've always been into psychedelics and entheogenics, etc. I used to experiment with Salvia extracts and that scared me pretty hard into not touching psychedelics anymore lol. Every time I would blast off I would encounter the lady Salvia entity and appeared as a black hole in the shape of something the size of say Yoda and it would just kind of come towards you slowly. Only it was terrifying and you couldn't escape it even if you closed your eyes or went into another room, it saw through your soul and decided whether you were ready to go through the entity into the next level. And unfortunately I was never ready, each time I would try I would encounter the center to you and get terrified and try and hide. One time I took a huge hit and collapsed on my bed and was staring at the plaid pattern on my bedspread and basically became the bedspread and saw life through the perspective of that plaid pattern and seemed like it went on for years and years in the time of just a couple minutes tops. Salvia can be pretty extreme so I have lately been leaning towards wanted to delve back into mushrooms and possibly some of these other new compounds. I've never got to try pure mescaline or ayahuasca (DMT) or any of its compounds. I just wish I had a giant walk-in closet with every type of psychedelic and mind altering substance known to man so I could experiment with all of them! Anyhow started rambling there haha thanks again for the video my friend!

    Suffering existed before humans did, before any kind of self-awareness. Look out in the world among the wild animals for countless examples. Psychedelics have helped people to change their Lives but one doesn't need to take something outside of one's self to have A Spiritual Awakening. All one needs to do is Look Within. Its a Seeing.
