I worked with a gifted therapist for many years, and part of the process was journaling , using the questions she would generate from our sessions to go deeper. My time with her changed my life. I was so taken by your enthusiasm for this program, that I checked it out immediately after listening to this video. I am also 65 and have loved the process of putting pen to paper. I just finished my second journal entry with Rosebud, which contained many tender insights. The prompts to go deeper, well they knock my sock off..truly, wow!!! A deep bow to you for bringing this resource to this community 🙏🙏
Sounds fascinating, and I'm sure it will be very helpful for some people. I remember when I was sick, I could not spend much time on a screen, and the brain fog was horrendous. But now I'm recovered, so those things are no longer issues. I do feel concern how much of our life is tied up with screens. And also I think the possibility of data harvesting is real.
I've just tried it and it is an impressive experience! But, it is very guided, and I like to write whatever I want without having ''someone'' asking me a question every 10 seconds. If that's what I wanted, I'd call my mom! :) Some people may like it, but I think I'll stick to a less interactive pens and notebook. Also, the data harvesting that this app is doing is scaring me.
Yes. That would concern me also re privacy. You would be giving out lots of very personal info and I couldnt see any privacy stipulation on app. It would be a great tool if one knew your info was private, but with AI it never is really.
Hello Raelan you are an absolute star I am so happy to find your channel I have been so poorly for the last 12 months and just in the last 3 weeks I have been told I possibly might have ME/cfs. After 9 days in neurology last February then getting told it could possibly be Guillain Barre syndrome I now have a very understanding doctor. After watching many of your videos I now know it has to be ME/cfs. I can’t tell you how hard this journey has been I am lucky to be here to be honest. My new doctor has informed me that new data has come out here in the uk this week so hopefully progress can be made. We need heroes like you so thank you so much. Xx
While it’s a cool concept, I personally prefer paper old school journals. I tried tech based journaling, but I find much more emotional release and healing physically putting pen to paper. It also helps people from a trauma experience further in terms of what occurs in the brain in the process, and can help build cognition. Lastly I am not a fan of any app tracking my private information, and I intentionally limit apps and tracking info. That said, I totally see how this can be helpful, it just depends on the person, their needs and how and why they journal.
I use a bullet journal as well as Rosebud I transfer my conclusions to my pretty bullet journal Was trying to take my manual bullet journal online using an iPad and a student note app So I like both
Thank you for this interview, it was very informative, especially to one 65 year old whose journaling has been spasmodic to say the least and had to be dragged kicking and screaming into the world of technology 🤣 but I’m open to giving it a go with hope and positivity that it will be another piece of this fricking jigsaw !! 🥳
This is brilliant! Thank you Sean for using AI to help people help themselves. I am so excited to use it. Next challenge- can the app scan your old journals and learn from your past? Please tell me this is available in the premium version.
Yeah, I agree. It's a real game changer. It was a surprise because I'm a pen and paper person usually. But being able to talk to the app is like having a therapist. My friends are a bigger help but this is a great accompaniment.
I have journaled for years and years but I've decided to sign up for Rosebud. The reason I have signed up is because it lets you talk to the app - you don't have to write everything down - and then it gives you the insights. I've done two entries now and on this second entry I just burst into tears and I didn't realise how upset I was. Somehow I don't think I would have cried the same if I'd been writing it out by hand even though I love handwriting. I am worried about data harvesting but at this stage I feel like I have to get it a try.
@@thefulcrum I do think that the journaling is really helping. It does have its limitations because it's a robot but it is definitely better than not doing it. I think I'll know for certain after six months has passed but I've definitely felt some shifts since I've started this rosebud business.
I just tried it and it’s awesome! So how can I get over the new nervous energy that I have but I am not able to focus on things? I was so fatigued but this is seriously my nervous system.

Thanks for sharing such interesting and useful tools with us!

Not sure about that, Lisa. But you'd be surprised what it can learn in a month!
OMG!! This is genius 🙏👌👏 I have been struggling with the journaling stuff and this is just a game changer!!!!!
So happy it's helpful, Gitte!

Hi Ami :) Wondering how it is going. Hope you're doing well on your path to healing.
I’m worried about data harvesting and all that jazz too. It’s stopping me from trying it

Don't let it be your obsession 😉.

Glad you like it! ❤️❤️❤️ Super cool, isn't it?

Try the vagus nerve reset by suki Baxter.
Halfway the video I activated Rosebud 😅 Its easy to start with and works great. Even in Dutch 😊
Great to hear! ❤️❤️❤️
Is the code still valid? Trying to sign up for yearly plan and it’s saying it’s not valid
Hi Lisa, it should be.
Could you please try with an updated link (under the video) and let me know if worked?
Much appreciated!
I can’t find it on the apple app store
Can't find it on Google Play Store too, but it has worked for me on desktop.
It will be hard for you to compete with Chatgpt, especially with future custom plugins.
I tried it and to me, it seems to be based on ChatGPT.
Do you think Goggins use Rosebud to heal? No :)
