You are not alone in your waiting and disappointing. Maybe it's the price of knowing to much or realization of isolation from humanity with it's divisions hate and politics and devaluation of sacred life. In Shiva, speaking of Bhairo there is destruction and rebirth. Listening to you brought that to mind. Of course I'm talking of my perspective, I don't know your internal thoughts.

Are you ok? It's been about a year and a half since you posted this, and a few others around the same time, but nothing since. I hope the cause for your bitterness has passed and things have gotten better.
I am frustrated on this end... The video keeps on buffering and I can't enjoy the beautiful playing. Dhanyavad, Madhuvanti.

@@Madhuvanti No problem, it went better later. Sometimes the internet gets a bit cranky. I just listened to the raag Kirwani recital of the 25th of April 2021, the one with Mithun Chakraborty. It remains a firm favourite. I return to it periodically. The best of luck to you in both your solo and duet performances.

Attach the tumbas and tune the instrument. Simple!! Ask your maker or your guru for further assistance because it can’t really be explained any further in the comments I’m afraid 😅.

You can get a Veena made by a maker. The price will depends on the maker+the specifications of the instrument. Such a royal jester of you to gift such a expensive instrument to your friend!!! I wish all the Veena players and students had friends like you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Or you can just go to a candy store and buy some candies 🍭!!! Getting a Veena made and going candy shopping has not much difference you know!! And anyway you seem to be filthy rich 🤑
