  • Practically every athlete has had an ankle injury before. From twisted ankles to high ankle sprains to broken ankles, they happen because the ankle goes through A LOT of stress during games and training!
    This 7-way Band Ankle exercise is simple to perform and can be knocked out in less than 2 minutes. Bands are pretty common these days, but if you don't have one with you towels are good substitutes, or even just increase the rep range and go through the motions unresisted!
    Make no mistake - the best way to train your ankles to stay healthy is going to be sprinting, jumping, changing of directions, and good footwear. Exercises like these however help your chances of staying healthy even more!
