So in today's I'm sharing 3 meals you could eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are perfect for getting a ton of protein in. Video summary:
1- Chia seed pudding
Half cup chia, half cup plant milk, additives (fruit, cinnamon, sweetener, nut butter, seeds, etc.) Let it sit overnight.
2- Smoothie
Acai as base instead of banana, nut butter, cinnamon, spirulina, plant milk, protein powder, banana, sweetener, whatever is your preference, really. Blend and drink.
3- Salad
Black beans with vegetables and olive oil/salad dressing.

I make burger patties from sprouted black or Brown lentils. Mix them up with Worcester sauce, pink rock salt, black pepper, steak and chops sprinkle, herbs, garlic and onions, pepperdews, flour and then fry them in a little olive oil.
Tastes very good as a timeout from meat....
Sprout the lentils ourselves. Takes about 3-5 days depending on weather.
This is the only channel I get motivation to transition to being a vegan. Thank you so much

This was a great video! Thanks for such easy, accessible tips! Quick question (anyone can answer)-how do you recommend that I figure out how many grams of fat, carbs, and protein I eat? I would like to lose weight but don’t have access to a nutritionist. In the past I’ve followed very strict and restrictive diets prescribed by a trainer or nutritionist but it’s been years since I’ve been on a “diet” or even followed a eating plan etc. If I’m being honest I could probably stand to lose 25lbs...If anyone has any tips or resources to share I’d appreciate any insight. I’ve tried chia pudding and bean salads but they taste VERY plain. I noticed in your chia pudding you barley just added some cinnamon and in the salad no salt or pepper ! Do you still think both dishes have enough flavor?
