we dropped USAA 2 years ago, after it became more important to them to sponsor the NFL than to support military folks. Took my subscriber savings account and left. it only took them 18 months to send that check…
Thanks for the message Jay!! USAA has totally lost it's focus on those us whom they were chartered to serve. That sucks that it took that long to get you check!! I'm already in the process of transferring all of my direct deposits out of USAA and into my RBFCU account. I'll terminate the insurance once mine and my wife's claims settle and are finally paid. I am so disappointed as USAA used to be the gold standard for the Veteran and Military community.
Thanks Deb! I will certainly do that if I do find a good one. I'm thinking of going with a more local agency or an independent agent rather than with any of the big companies.
@@dyobbo Thanks Dee!! Up until recently I have never had a problem with them either. However, in recent years they have denegrated themselves to jackleg company that is only concerned with profits, and screw the members. Since I posted that video they have issued 2 checks for the truck to the lien holder, and both of those checks have been canceled by USAA - for who knows what reason!
Good luck with the Small Claims Court, and hope it gets the proper attention and the final results (all 3 subjects) work out well.
Thanks Stanley!!
I'm sorry that you're going through this - I hope it works out in your favor.

Not impressed with any insurance company. Please let us know when you find a good one and we will be all over it.
