    This film is simply spectacular. Watching it again, fullscreen and with the volume pumped up, my walls fell away and there I was. I could also only imagine how much you wanted to get right down into it, following the river to the falls and standing front row, right on the edge of some of those theatres. A magical piece of work.

      You're right mate, I'd love to have traversed to the base of those falls. There are no walking tracks to it, the only way is is to abseil to the base. Imagine sitting at the base having your lunch and staring up at the majesty of that waterfall...

    Hello again sweetie, this is one of the most magnificant videos I have ever seen on youtube, not only visually but the sound was magical and emotive as it really spiked the senses, I could watch your work all day! Your talent is boundless and to capture what is essentially a difficult terrain and make it look so perfect is a feat! WOW, I am breathless and have to go watch it again, and pretend I am as free as a bird flying over those blue mountains, and out of this darn concrete metropolis, Sydney! Congratulations on another INCREDIBLE video!

      Hello IWF's #1 fan :) Its so nice to receive feedback from people who 'get what we do'. This is the first film I have made without music using only the sounds of nature. I am pretty happy with the result and am absolutely thrilled that people like you appreciate what I am trying to achieve. The first time I watched it I felt like a bird soaring over the Kanangra wilderness... imagine what that would be like. Thank you so much again for your support Miss Melly Vee, plenty more films to come yet. Stay tuned. Take care and Happy 2019 xx

    I love this park, although i haven't been this far into it, I volunteer for a group that tags and radio tracks the local koala population near the Black Range Campground, its such a pleasure to explore their beautiful home.

      Kanangra is one of our favourites too, pure wilderness and less crowded compared to some parts of the Blue Mountains. Cheers Phil

      Hey Aziz, thanks for the feedback my friend, yes first time without music and feedback has been very positive so far. Am just learning the basics of sound design, hope to improve with future videos. Take care my friend and keep a lookout for our video, probably in late Jan 19

      Thanks Robbie, you are very kind mate. We were actually up in FNQ some months back, we got up as far as Cooktown but not all the way up to Iron Range NP unfortunately. Keep an eye out for some of our vids on FNQ, I plan to release them over the next 12 or so months. Cheers Phil

    Thanks for sharing. Though tell me, is the famous cliff face that people stand at far from the carpark? And can you see if when you walk from the carpark out to the viewing point?

    • @IntotheWildFilms
      @IntotheWildFilms  4 роки тому

      I assume your talking about the cliff with the undercut? ie the one at timecode 0:50 in this film? From memory its about a 30 min walk from the car park. No you cant see it from the car park. You really need to do the walk out there to see it at its best. Cheers Phil

      @@IntotheWildFilms legend, thank you. What direction from walls lookout do I take. Meaning head right or left

    • @IntotheWildFilms
      @IntotheWildFilms  4 роки тому

      @@dalemartin6828 Hi Dale, as you are heading out to the Lookout there will be a track turning off to the right which takes you out to the Plateau Walking track. The turn off will be before you get to the lookout. Head out the plateau walking track you will go down hill and cross through a saddle before heading up on to the plateau. Once you are up on the plateau the cliff is to your left maybe 200 to 300m ahead. There is no marked track to the overhang, you have to find it yourself, but its pretty easy to see. Take care on the steep cliff edges. Have fun. cheers Phil
