Yes the arrow should be there if you connect it with an usb otg with the mobile device.
I connect it with mobile but all the keys r not working 😭 what's the solution
May be there is a hardware issue, try disconnecting and connecting it again and the issue should be resolved. If hardware issue you need to visit the repair shop
