One thing that the Cyber truck is absolutely THE BEST at, is showing all your fake friends that YOU have $100,000 that you can absolutely throw in the trash.
    An absolute statement car.

Good Video. I like how you covered the crumble zones. Telsa Fan Boys have been bragging about how it destroyed other vehicles in accidents and the passengers in the CT were ok. My first reaction when I saw the images was the other vehicles crumble zones are what absorbed the crash. Lets see how healthy drivers and passengers are in a collision with a solid object such a tree or a wall or a large commercial transport vehicle that is all metal with no crumble zones.

That finger test was horrifying. It is true that for older, vehicles, I don't expect much, but for such a supposedly "advanced" modern vehicle, I would expect a certainly level of care from the engineer's design that is entirely absent here. This is far from the quality that Musk continually reports, and even against the quality of his other Tesla models.

Honestly I really wanted one (kind of still do even with the problems) but when your car payment is 2 or 3 times your mortgage that’s sort of a problem for me. I just can’t justify a monthly nut of $2k or $3000 for car that is instantly depreciating.

I’ve seen many cybertrucks in traffic etc now, and it’s just a bad idea. I’m so glad I cancelled my order.. but.. I saw the ugliest cybertruck yesterday driving the I-10 from AZ into Cally.. it was black with some really cheap looking diamond graphics on the door. The whole thing looked like it was built of black painted plywood. It made all the horrid lines look even more chemical and cheap..
I think a lot of Elon Musk. I just can’t understand why they went ahead with this design. It should have been a 100 car a year advertising product instead of the vehicle that made Tesla a meme for “bad decisions “..

How in the world when you’re the richest man and be that careless not testing the car long enough to know the cyber truck is not ready ?!!! . When I see it in person I was a bit shock that the car of my dream look plain , stupid, and ugly ! Thankfully I’m broke and didn’t order my two tri motor FSD cybertruck which at the time at max 65k-67k could be cheaper when it release in a year for Tesla mean almost 4 years . With that long of time frame you would think it so worth the wait ! Then ugh ok the cybertruck is smaller than my Chevy Silverado truck so is not really a truck 🤔 more of SUV .. but who in the world buy a SUV for over 100k ? I mean the 🤡 design at the time fit for his expanding babies but not thinking normal peoples don’t have that many babies like him . But if u seriously have over 100k to spend why wouldn’t you want to go other luxury cars that nicer looking n better ?!

@@kelviskelvis7140 - "Safe" compared to what? Secondly, "safe" for the occupants or "safe" for pedestrians or "safe" for people who get a finger or two caught in a door closing¹?
One should keep in mind that the CyberTruck represents many major achievements in automotive design, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance. There will be bugs but those are not reasons to prohibit the release of the CyberTruck to the general public. All vehicles have issues when first released and some of these issues can persist thru the life of the vehicle and/or the vehicle model line (think Ford Pinto). The overall safety of a vehicle that has safety issues depends heavily on how the manufacturer responds to the problem and fixes it (i.e. recalls). I have watched this for more than 50 years and, as an engineer and gear head, I can say that Tesla is far better positioned to address safety and functional issues than any other car company on the planet. A large part of this is due to the fact that Tesla vehicles are "software defined" vehicles and software is updated on a regular basis to address safety issues. Their software is not perfect and never will be perfect. But the ability to rapidly respond to issues by deploying over-the-air software updates is far better than the current process of taking your car to a dealership to have a recall addressed.
There are many other aspects of CyberTruck Safety that have been raised over the 6 months that it has been out. It is critically important to loom at the source(s) of the reporting and determine the accuracy of these reports. This is especially true for YT channels that post information about Tesla, for example, unless your understated goal is to spread FUD about Tesla and/or EVs in general.
I highly recommend visiting a Tesla Service Center that has a CyberTruck in their showroom and talking to them first before posting clips of all the issues. Maybe find someone who has a CyberTruck and ask them for a ride² and do an honest, informed review of your experience. Just don't close the door on your hand.
¹Tesla could put a sticker on the inside of the doors that reads "Do NOT put remaining fingers in harms way when closing this door."
²It is well known that Tesla Owners never shut up about their damn cars.

@@rayc.8555There’s been about 4,000 of them that were actually sold over the past year and hundreds of videos of problems ranging from rusting to shutting down in a carwash to causing injuries requiring a trip to the hospital to the accelerator breaking off and getting stuck to the auto drive trying to turning into oncoming traffic.
