Right now, I would say at least 1/4th of the democrat leadership belong to the Elites, with a little more than half of them working for the Elites to gain favor. Whereas on the Republican side it is roughly 1/10 who belong and 1/8 who work for the elites. But it wasn't that long ago the Republicans were almost fully in bed with the Establishment.

You forget to mention the Voting Machine as their wildcard.
Joe stood in front of America and made his statement against the US Supreme Court, essentially stating only one word... "Dissent". In other words... Joe disagrees strongly that the President shouldn't have Presidential Immunity, except in an "official act" as the US President. The very next question that should be asked... Why would Joe be in dissent? Off the top of my head, what comes to mind... If a US President weaponizes a Governmental Agency against a Political Rival... I would not consider that being an "official act" as a US President... I would call that personal. As I've heard others mention... as another example... Giving a Presidential Order to Seal Team 6 to assassinate "anyone" for basically no reason... I would also call that personal. On the other hand... when National Security, US Troops or even American Hostages are involved (just to name a few)... that's where Presidential Immunity kicks in. If any US President doesn't have that Presidential Immunity... What is the President suppose to do... wait for a "Court Hearing"? Isn't it the ultimate responsibility of the President to begin with? That's why He's the President! By not having this Presidential Immunity creates what we are witnessing today, a President going after his Political Rivals. Not to be the bearer of bad news... but that's what 3rd World Countries do.

Now if we had a real functioning Congress, they would take the ruling and generate debatable legislation that defies those three categories. Leaving it upto the courts just means more appeals and Supreme Court cases. If an Amendment is required here’s the chance to finally shine. The Supreme Court ruling may have just redefined lawfare. Also, the ruling left politics in the court system itself.
I don't know how Sotomayor ever got on the court. If you ever listen to the audio of any cases, you'll hear that she is always the one asking the most stupid and irrational questions. And her opinions reflect that.
