  • Our Whole 30 Smoothies recipe is probably what I get asked MOST on Instagram, so for the sake of making it easy and in one place- I made a quick video to show you what goes in it and how we make it. It's definitely the BEST treat while you're on the Whole30.
    Yes, I know smoothies whilst on the Whole30 can be a controversial topic, but I just need the extra calories at the end of the day, if I'm honest. This does the trick in quieting any hunger pangs and tastes so great, too. Pro trip: The longer you're on the Whole30, the better these flavours will start to taste and the sweeter they'll be.
    SERVES TWO.
    3 bananas
    5 dates
    sprinkle of cinnamon
    giant spoonful of almond butter
    coconut milk
    ice
