Omg! This was 7years ago? I'm just two years into pottery.. very new and I feel like I wasted my time on UA-cam watching others unrelated videos. So glad I came across u. A great teacher!

This is exactly what I wanted and needed to find. I did three altered rim bowls last week and wanted to find other ideas. Your work is so beautiful and you explain things so well. Thank you for sharing your talent.
Amazing variety to a bowl. When I see this I keep thinking, stop! leave it just as it is, then you make it even better!
I have your DYI book Wheel Thrown Pottery. I am glad I found your videos. Your instruction is top notch. Your attention to detail and knowledge is greatly appreciated.
Miss your classes so much...Heather and Eric too. That was such a great school. Thank you for these videos!!!
Mr. G: you are one BOWL WIZARD! I appreciate you sharing your skills, making the throwing technique look so easy! Loved every single shape!!!! I want more!
love the paint scraper tip and the triangular wood items.
Ready to try this right away.
I have watched a number of your videos and really enjoy how you demonstrate your style. I had my husband make a few of your tools. Great ideas. Thank you for these. I have just recently started throwing again after 10yrs. They have been very helpful.

Hi Bill,
Your putty knife technique for bowl removal works great!
Thanks for watching!
thank you! I was so stuck on my bowl for my dish set project. Now I know some ways to achieve a similar result I was aiming for but kept failing at.
Omg, your clay moves like butter!
I LOVED the fifth and seventh bowls! Thank you!
OMG. my little 3 1/2 yo granddaughter just sat through this whole video without batting an eye and the asked, "I wonder if we can do that too?" I guess I need to find out if there are any local children's artist classes for her. LOL.
Great video, i appreciate these as a beginning wheel throwing teacher. I am always looking for interesting lessons.
Jack
I love this so much! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful.A true master.
@MooCowMama You're welcome - thanks for watching and being a subscriber!
@waltpark Hi Walt - throw a chuck to trim the bowls. Check out my comment in 'Landscape-Rim Teabowls' for a detailed explanation on creating it. Thanks for watching.
Thanks Bill !!!!
Wonderful video. Will definitely try these
I have made a number of these patterns. These sit well upside down for trimming the bottom. Be careful when pushing your clay to hold the pot in place so you don't alter the rim.
All looking great and not too hard to do. I want try it next time. Thank you for sharing!
Great ideas. This is a fun demonstration. Thanks for sharing.
