I know a guy that just got arrested by like 6 local departments and 3 federal departments at the same time...worst ex neighbor ever I thought of this scene.!
Yah but unlike your neighbor who is probably now in prison Barry Seal got off Scott free making him one of the very few people to be arrested by almost every government agency and just walking away with the crimes he did

There was a story someone posted with a similar scenario. There was some local militia and all of thr sudden they started talking about nixing a judge. Most people said Nope and left, but a few of them agreed. They planned some stuff out and agreed to meet up. At the meeting place, it was raided by the guys Dad (state troopers) the FBI, the sherrif dept. and some other agency. Turned out the only people left in the "militia" were cops and agents. They made zero arrests😂
If the Govoner says let him go you let him go. Doesnt matter if they can or should over ride it. The govenor could make her life very very difficult in her job.

Wouldnt the State Attorney/Governor not have authority over Federal Agencies? So sure she has to tell the state police to let him go but then couldnt the FBI and DEA still arrest him and charge him?

There are agencies above DEA and FBI and he most likely works for them. As a matter of fact, in reality we know such operations have been run by those agencies in the past.
