- Atrophy is the wasting away of body tissue and or an organ. Without exercise, muscles will atrophy. Without spiritual exercise, our spiritual muscles will atrophy. Stretching prevents atrophy and promotes the growth of muscles. have you stretched your spiritual muscles lately? Do you have spiritual atrophy? It is time to start using those muscles again. How? We will learn as my husband Alex preaches on Jesus healing the withered hand of a man at the synagogue in Matthew 12 : 9-14.

Personally I don't think this is how they preach. They go off the Bible/verses and elaborate the teachings in that verse. At some point or in previous episodes I'm sure this question has been answered
They're very biblical based. So you can read 1st Corinthians 13 which speaks on love, Ephesians and Colassians are also pretty descriptive on marriage roles and honoring those principles through the spirit will lead to a successful godly marriage.They often just elaborate on what the Bible says. Does this potential partner draw you closer to God or further from God? Do they exemplify the fruit of the Spirit?
Pray to God for insight on the matter. He will tell you and give you a more clear cut answer than most of us could.

I've been in the dumps recently and have felt distant from God. But this message was a huge blessing. I am studying to be a personal trainer and the perspective/ discernment I got from the Holy spirit was amazing. If you don't stretch and work out, not only are you injury prone but it just isn't going to feel the same. Instead, your muscles will feel tighter and will atrophy. Similarly, I have been lacking in my spiritual stretching and instead of stretching I have been trying to 'work out' or do the works. Nothing felt the same and I felt so far from God at times when using the gifts God has given me and I wondered what happened and asked God to help me fix this and this video popped up on my FIRST recommended on my yt. My spiritual muscles have atrophied and i didn't realize it until this video. Thankyou so much for the message and God bless you all so much!

This is so good… God is calling me out of the four walls of the church. I don’t fit in the groups and the politics of the church. I have been saved for 16 years and went to many churches and I just don’t fit in I tried. I will continue to pray for my community of believers that can be The Church …Amen

Happy new year. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! if I may, I would like to ask my fellow believers. If they please pray for my daughter Chloe she has mental health issues that she has had since she was born and there were other, of course things that were wrong, but anyways pray for her soul pray for her mind and her physical health, she’s in the hospital right now and she’s always wanting to hurt herself and I know that we all prayed together she’ll be healed. I know she’s a believer, but she’s turning away from God especially when she’s in a certain mindset and please pray for the unsaid things that are wrong, thank you and once again happy new year may you all be blessed!

My God, thank You for allowing me to learn and know more about You. I’ve read and read, not once had I ever notice the specifics that were taught here. I knew He went into the synagogue, did occur He walked up in the one that belonged to them. Knowing they were gonna trick (well try) Him, when you said He tricked them back I laughed. Picturing in my little head Jesus rolling up to their place ready. Lord forgive me, that’s how I saw it. 🙏🏾

Do you both find that you come in contact with religious people who oppose obedience to Christ in your real life? If so, is that one of the main oppositions that you face in your ministry?
