Here on the east coast we don't have In-N-Out, and I've never seen a Carl's Jr.
Hardees is what they call Carl's Jr on the east coast. Same company and burgers

In 7th grade while on a class field trip we stopped at a wendy's for lunch. I ordered a bacon burger i believe (because I always order burgers with bacon on them). Inside was a soul-crushing ingredient that made me never return to wendy's ever again. Not one....not two...not three.. not even five or six idk how many their were but just hair. They layered hair on that shit like it was a main ingredient, like they confused it with the shredded cheese.

Sadly I have never tried Wendy's.... Maybe I have when I was a child but never in the past 10 years that I could remember. I've heard some great things about them though, don't get me wrong, it's just that when I get fast food I usually forget about it because it's on the other side of town from where I work. Typically I get In N Out.

Wendy's actually has really good burgers, I was surprised when I actually got one. It was very juicy and well made. In N Out is still my favorite burger but I'm not a fan of Five Guys.

I'm from the East Coast and recently I was out in California. Naturally I stopped in at an In-N-Out and after hearing soooo much about it from the whole of the West Coast, honestly I wasn't that impressed. It was good, but I certainly like Five Guys better. Wendy's even. Maybe it was a bad night...

I think In-N-Out is a bit overrated! I'm from Texas and whenever I go to California, it's customary for my cousins to take me to eat there and I am never impressed :/. I do think The Habit is a bit better though. The malts are absolutely to die for!

Honestly, I don't believe the advertisements, but these things still look awful. I dunno if it's because they are boxed in or something when you buy them or something else. In my country, I buy burgers from time to time and they never look like this. These look as if they have been in their boxes for days before being brought to them.

To be fair they should have been the same type of burger for each. Not plain CB from 3 and 'deluxe' from 3 others. Tomato lettuce pickle add a lot of moisture and savory flavor as well as mayo. A regular CB from BK or McD is 1/3 the price of that Wendy's single. Or just get the best burger from each place for a set amount of money, say 3.00 or 5.00. And why no Jumbo Jack?

Each place has different price burgers so the "Baseline" burger of one might suck but their fancy burger might be to die for. That's said IMO:
1 Windy's is good 7/10
2 Never had In and out
3 I've only had Carls Jr's high price burger, which is decent 6/10
4 Burger king's flame broil taste is SO good, one of my favorites 9/10
5 Five guys is simple and fairly good but very over hyped and they give too much fries I would rather a bigger burger and 1/4 of the fries. 8/10
6. Mcdonalds is really good but makes you feel like crap a half hour later 8/10 flavor 10/10 regret factor
7 Whataburger chophouse cheddar burger 100/10 lol, but seriously, 1000/10

Personally from working at Five Guys for over a year and a half and personally prepping all the food and cooking it I can tell you the appreciation I have for that company and the authentication of the food. I truly do not eat at any fast food restaurant beside five guys and in n out because of their genuine quality food and yes i must admit five guys does sometimes screw up in quality and you might have just had the food on a bad day but i definitely suggest you go and eat there again because it really is real food :-)

The quality of Five Guys varies greatly. The first two I ever had were in New Jersey and Pennsylvanian and they both were equally amazing. Best burgers I had ever ever had, ever! Now I live in Canada and 5 guys recently came here, and they are just "meh". Around here, the best burger is actually BK whoppers. ONLY the whoppers though. Everything else is shit at BK here. They must do some extra work on the whoppers or something. They are always so fresh and well put together. Sometimes I swear they are photogenic enough for a commercial.

For Carl's Jr,? They chose the worst burger...Carl's is so much better as any other burger than a plain old cheeseburger. Western Bacon Cheeseburger for instance. Phenomenal. But honestly? Killer Burger is better than every single one on this list.

I've never seen a Burger King or In N Out burger look as fucked up as they do in this video. I have no idea.

Personally, I think Five Guys burgers should have won because in my opinion, they're the closest to a homemade, grilled on the barbeque backyard burger. However, I will accept Wendy's being the winner because Wendy's burgers really are super good.

Cause the employees that make the burger only get paid like 7-8 dollars an hour. The employees could care less how even and appealing the burger looks.
Its america and the burgers dont look bad it's just that on commercials they put fake burgers that look perfect, but in real life it looks different. Not all of them look terrible (they might've left them in the bag for too long and then they put it in the plates idk)
